Come on Piotr let's be fair about things. First of all you are in the UK... Shipping takes longer. Second you gave me less than 8 hours to respond to your email before you start publicly complaining.

But, you should send any/some confirmation after transaction: "yes, i got your order", "got your payment" and "today i sent the coin" or something like this
