1. What do you think the appropriate vesting period for an ICO team is?
2. Should the PreICO investors have a vesting period?

ADA has been recommended but not sure of the absolute necessity.  I plan on using it for an ICO.  Can anyone give me a 3 point list of killer reasons that I should go all in with this option versus another?
All opinions count here since I am asking for an ICO.  I want the absolute worst case scenario and the best case scenario.

Human nature is such that I was on here for 4.5 hours before I found this post.  I was too busy digging in.  I didn't really want to invest the time to read when there were so many other things. to read.
I see that many people say that the rules should be more defined and clearer and that will help. 
But the other topics are very enticing, so you can't expect people to seek them out.
