STX is sub ICO now and WAAAAY worse than just holding ETH.

They have to develop something with substance if they can hope to convince any exchange to take them on.
They also need to up their communication game. Our connection to the company is literally one PR/Social Media guy that only cherry picks positive comments to reply to, ridiculous.
Also they claim they are an open source PLATFORM, yet we only have access to the open source TOKEN.

The STOX team are true professionals. STX is probably the one coin that comes close to being tied to a true to life corporation. Here are some highlights:

1. Mayweather promotion. Hate him all you want, cry about him not knowing about crypto blah blah. The fact is that 95% of the celebrities that promote NIKE probably don't wear the shoes. So what? This promotion was great.

2. Chinese Michael Phelps promotion. This guy is a god in his country and has many millions of followers. Having him promote STOX is a big win in the Chinese market.

3. Starting to see more exchanges adopting STX. The price has been going steadily up and we haven't even gotten on the big boy exchanges yet, this is moon worthy alone.

4. High possibility of further promotion during the fight. If the rest pillow is where the promotion is at, that is GREAT. Can you imagine how many viewers this fight will have and how often the fighters take a seat? The cameras will be ALL OVER that pillow. Great move by the STOX team.

5. Amazing (EXPERIENCED) team, specifically in the betting scene. Proven track record

6. STOX just signed an LOI to obtain a gambling license in the UK. This would mark the one and only licensed gambling cryptocurrency.

7. Solid as hell roadmap, great platform incentives. I personally can not wait to be an Oracle and run my own events.

Most people who bought into the ICO are ready to hang themselves as they watch ETH go from $220 to now $300 while their investment collects dust.

STOX has to be breathtakingly amazing to make up for that loss. We aren't philanthropists, we invested with the notion that we would be making money (some sooner that others). So far, not only did we miss the massive ETH pump, we even went in reverse and saw STX go below ICO price and stay there, by as much as a -35% haircut.

The "surprise" by August 26th is great and all, but by that time ETH will probably be $400 again. That means the announcement would have to rally STOX to $2 to break even with normal ETH positions, and $5 to break even with margin ETH positions.

Does anyone here think that we will see $5 at all? What about $2? These would only be break-evens and not actual profit. Fact is crypto moves fast, something I think the STOX team didn't take into account given the lack of real exchanges.

The price of ETH keeps climbing, STX needs to reach $1.45 just to match the entry price in ETH into the ICO.

There is no reason other than weak hands on why it is currently sitting at $1.13, it should be $1.45 at the very least because that is what the mass market deemed it to be worth only a couple of days ago. Since then all we've had is good news and an upcoming surprise for August 26 (the big fight).

Load up on STX while you can because I can realistically see this going to $3 to $5 in the coming weeks

They just recently had an ICO that raised $30 million in a day, the 7th biggest ICO.
They were promoted by Mayweather, the first celebrity endorsement in the crypto world.

Unfortunately, lot's of FUD and negativity surrounded this coin and once it hit exchanges, it began trading FAR below ICO price (still is)
Even I thought it was a big ole ponzi at one point simply due to the nature of the way it was trading.

August 26th is the huge Mayweather/McGregor fight, so it's anyones guess what they will do.

Can you imagine if Floyd promotes STOX in the ring, or wears a STOX.com shirt.
Or how about having an app and functional trading platform in order to bet on the big fight.

OK fine fair enough, but we were never told what the pre-ICO buyers got as a deal, there are rumors at 30% off, which is significant but not unrealistic.
I'm also certain that STOX has no control whether these investors decide to hodl or not.
Volume is still pretty low, but price is far FAR below ICO levels. This obviously does not look good to any investor.
I'm going to do some simple math. We invested ETH for STOX, in similar ICO's, price did a good job at matching at least this ratio. EOS is the best example that I know, matching it almost exactly every day.

1 ETH for 200 STOX. ETH was at $220 when we all invested on that fateful day (kind of got cheated with the $200 average they set so it's quite safe to ignore that)
This means that each STOX needs to be selling for $1.10 to break even with the price of the ICO. It needs to be exactly $1.35 to match the price that ETH is currently trading at.
We are currently trading at $0.95 cents and traded as low as $0.85 cents. This is an INSTANT 20-30% haircut on the ICO price, and FAAAAAR below ETH's current pair price.
Either STOX is incredibly super cheap and a must buy right now, or there's some fishy shit going on in the background.

Not to mention how lazy and disappointing it is that a platform specializing in betting won't have anything in place to take bets for the Mayweather/McGregor fight which will be one of the biggest, if not the biggest ever. Especially considering that they paid one of the fighters to endorse their platform. They need to AT LEAST have a simple script or smart contract to take bets for this fight. If they don't get that done then they will lose the betting war with Wagerr, who WILL be taking bets.

Wrong ICO price was 0.005 ETH, so basically 1 ETH = 200 STX
It is now trading at a VERY PATHETIC 0.00348 ETH, which is  0.7 ETH = 200 STX

Looks like we all got ponzi'd with STOX's presale bullshit.
You also have to wonder, if the company was legitimate, and the pre-sale investors actually saw value here, why would they dump so massively the moment they have the chance?

Starting to look like a ponzi ICO scam more and more each day.

There's 175 ETH worth of STX being sold on Liqui at -20% less than the ICO price.

I don't think this is weak hands, this is definitely pre-sale dumpers or even the company themselves.

We should try to track the transactions and see what the fuck is going on.
