It depends on the supply and how the developer and team inside of those cryptocurrencies to handle and make sure their coins not get dumped in the future, because the  competition is really tough in the market then they need a solid team to survive their coins with the lowest price.

If I have money available to buy, I will buy in a price drop. These days, even in price drops, Bitcoin and Etherium are expensive compared to a year ago. I believe that $200 is enough to start in trading, and i remember before i just started with a very small amount, and i know to my self that it doesn't matter if you started with a smalll amount or in a big amount, the important thing is to learn how to trade very well.
