I have a question that I'm hoping someone can help me with.  I'd like to sign up for the Twitter campaign for this bounty.  I'm already a member of the BountyPortal.  I've logged into the Portal and clicked on the Join button for Rally, and then also joined the Twitter campaign.  Is that all that I need to do?  I see there is a form to fill out, but that says for "Download App and Register campaign".  If I'm just participating in the Twitter campaign, do I have to complete this form as well?
