iam a user of stakeunited and i was in many other pools in the past. And if you check the main page the big first sentence sais "Welcome to the world's first automated managed pool"

So in the past i did not know any other pool which was automated like this. ALl pools where workign with sheets and maybe a website if not just discord chan or bitcointalk threads...

Even coinmarkets was no real stakepool for me.. did you ever check how much stakes you get? almost nothing compared to SU and you did not even see any reports of you stakes... for me coinmarkets was nothing more than an exchange.. and not even a good one.

So could you give us an example which pool was automated and managed like SU?  ok maybe the word automated is missing there but i found the word automated on multiple palces on the site. SO for me it is not false advertising.

And every time i wrote a admin amessage cause someone bothered me or did send me scam stuff a admin took care of it.. well as soon they were on i think they might have a real live too.

I think the SU team is doing a great job and if you compare their support to other supports they are really good.
