There must be someone, who is killing the pools and solo/privat-pool mining when the diff is almost zero.
Its either someone with huge DDoS power (why arent the pools protecte
Ive looked at 6-7 and all empty) or someone who has power over UTC distribution (have no idea if this is possible).

They aren't handed out like cookies, you can't centrally block any cryptocurrency. It's DDoS.
Is it that hard to protect the servers against DDoS? As far as I know, this goes on at least since Friday.
