2  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Block time on: August 17, 2018, 11:15:25 AM
n a more simple words, Block time is the time which the networks takes to generate one extra block or the time taken from one Block to another. No one can say exactly how much Block Time will it take to mine another. The 10 minute window is just an average. There is a generation calculator that will tell you how long it might take to mine a block.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't worry, Bitcoin will be fine. on: August 17, 2018, 11:06:25 AM
It may be that the futures markets will simply flop for lack of people willing to bet against bitcoin while the price is still rising. If so, good. Speculation in bitcoin (or any other arbitrary thing) should be allowed in a free society — so long as it does not put others at risk
4  Economy / Economics / Re: Life with out money ? on: August 17, 2018, 10:34:58 AM
If you want to live without money, you can try exchanging your time or energy in order to receive basic lodging and food. Reach out to a local organic farm and see if you can volunteer there, or try joining a religious community like the Buddhist Sanghas or a Christian monastery. If you want to be self-reliant while living without money, learn to find wild food, grow your own crops, or try living in the wilderness. Try reducing your spending or living money-free for a week to see if this is the right choice for you.
5  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN is useless!? on: August 16, 2018, 04:49:10 PM
The more bitcoin prices surge due to its speculative value and increasing demand, the more useless bitcoin becomes as a currency. And as bitcoin becomes useless as a currency, it loses its intrinsic value as an asset. I still believe that the underlying technology is revolutionary
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is it the Future of Banking ? on: August 16, 2018, 04:31:28 PM
Bitcoin can further be seen as a currency as it possesses three properties that define a currency: hard to earn, the supply is limited and easy to verify.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: The money started coming back to the cryptocurrency market on: August 16, 2018, 03:18:36 PM
Bitcoin's rise last year meanwhile led to increasing amounts of interest in other digital currencies, such as ethereum, litecoin and ripple XRP - all of which have performed well recently - and more and more people are now looking to invest in digital currencies.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: How is Bitcoin different from Etherium? on: August 16, 2018, 02:50:04 PM
Ethereum is another cryptocurrency, and one many people see as potentially overtaking Bitcoin as the dominant coin in the market.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: How will crypto go long term? on: August 16, 2018, 02:27:11 PM
The market has been a bloodbath over the last few months, following an incredible, yet unsustainable, growth in the months before. HODLing has been tough going, and given the current market valuations, a lot of investors have given up and taken their losses.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto replacing fiat? on: August 16, 2018, 02:19:57 PM
Unlike fiat currency, cryptocurrency cannot be debased by any government because it’s not tied to it. Even the governments cracking down on it are actually making it more valuable. Fiat currency can become worthless when a government gets replaced or falls apart. And it goes without saying that no government is immortal.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Bitcoin had a back up by real money? on: August 16, 2018, 02:10:32 PM
Bitcoins have no intrinsic value. But since they were introduced to the world in 2009 by inventor Satoshi Nakamoto (a pseudonym), they have turned into a billion-dollar market and have been designated a currency by the U.S. government. Since the days when stones and shells were recognized as a means of payment, currency has taken many forms. What makes bitcoin a currency is what it does, not what it is. "To the extent it looks, walks and acts like a duck, this 'duck' is a currency,"

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should buy and hold NEO? on: August 03, 2018, 05:45:25 PM
Neo is a smart contract eco-system similar to ethereum. It allows users to automate the storage and exchange of digital assets. Neo smart contract is called neo contract. The neo contract is easier for developers to start developing applications for since it uses more common coding languages than ethereum. it uses c#, java, c+ and other common programming languages, eliminating the need to learn a new programming language. Developing a smart contract with neo is smoother than ethereum and less buggy.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: What are the challenges for investment with Small capital? on: July 31, 2018, 10:50:45 AM
Misleading news and related means of manipulating small-cap stock prices are are not going to just disappear anytime soon. Thus, investors in small cap stocks need to conduct especially stringent due diligence in their research, while small-cap company executives need to address their company’s primary challenges as listed above.

Realize that life is toooo short

The best way to honor your word is to put it into some sort of reality. Start making and keeping a schedule, and a to-do list, if you don’t already.
18  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to stop being lazy??? on: July 31, 2018, 09:08:22 AM
So you have to re-think things in a different way. First up, you have to give yourself permission to fail, permission to be less than perfect sometimes. Failing at something, making mistakes, opens up a great opportunity to learn something new.
19  Other / Off-topic / Re: THE IMPACT OF MUSIC ON PEOPLE IN OUR SOCIETY REDUCING? on: July 31, 2018, 08:53:31 AM
Music is a very powerful medium and in some societies there have been attempts to control its use. It is powerful at the level of the social group because it facilitates communication which goes beyond words, enables meanings to be shared, and promotes the development and maintenance of individual, group, cultural and national identities.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: What happnes to BTC,if the oil price goes up? on: July 19, 2018, 01:03:00 PM
the oil-backed cryptocurrency by Venezuela is very important. And it’s why attaching a rumor to Russia makes sense. Who do you think put this idea in President Maduro’s head, anyway? Martians? No, it was Putin.

Because it deepens Russia’s tools to combat U.S. hybrid war tactics, which include financial sanctions. They’ve already announced their plans for a crypto-ruble, as well as supporting cryptocurrency research, massive Bitcoin mining operations, and the possibility of a BRICS-Coin as well.
