Deals with this Amounts works in tranches or when it is in Safehouse like this than it is checked and clear money. You can bring this to a bank and transfer it where you want. There are also an official purchase contract between Seller and buyer. Guys you should know more about this Business when you post here and 10.000 BTC is a normal Deal, there are much higher Deals also
