nobody can offer such interest rates for even 1 week, unless they have tons of new investors making deposits

u should double check the bitcoin.conf. file for spelling errors. also u need to run bitcoin-cli to send rpc commands

this is not worth it. u need at least 100 billion private keys for it to be valuable.
