ive been depositing and playing there off and on for 3 years now rarely withdrawing. Mainly because of there terrible withdrawal times. i would deposit and play more but ive had numerous deposits not credited until i message support. And just now ive been waiting for 2+ hours for my withdrawal. All i get told is wait. Its so far from the standard of other crypto casinos. And its upsetting when ive deposited so much only to have my withdrawal pending for hours. Really wish you guys would get a better system in place.

So this is my issue with stake which is very unsettling to me and hopefully others will see it the same way. I was playing plinko their and my balance was steadily dropping. Not the issue i have busted many deposits on plinko. My issue is as my balance was dropping it was showing 200k sats which i believed and played accordingly to. as i placed another bet it said insufficient funds. Im looking at my screen and its saying 200k i hit bet again and got the same message. so i refreshed the page and my balance now is 4k sats. A huge difference in what was shown.

I went to support not with the thought of giving me my coin back but of what happened and why. I was met with an answer of you placed the bets and lost your funds betting. And the "The balance update has been reported to our developers and it is only a visual lag, it should be fixed with one of the following updates. "  So thats it. I responded by asking if im supposed to have a calculator and add or subtract wins or losses. And how i rely on stake to accuratly display my balance as betting patterns, amounts and games played are chosen but balance. So then someone else took over and said " I have reviewed your account and afraid that you lost the funds in betting. Please check your bet history https://stake.com/account/statistics/plinko there's a lot of bets with 0.2 multiplier where the funds are deducted."

I never denied placing them nor will I. But again i was met with"From your explanation I can only assume that your balance wasn't fully updated at your front end, but after seeing the lost bets you can clearly see where the funds are gone."  And as to the calculating my own bets and not relying on the balance displayed. "

I went to a chat where i feel more welcome and made mention of it and within 5 seconds i had two pm's saying same thing happened to them. And they did not do anything about it but say you wagered the coin. Like i said im not worried about the funds i have deposited a lot of coin there and elsewhere. My issue is with your knowledge and admitting to the bug. Yet not making anyone aware or immediately fixing it. You just let is continue.  Does anyone feel i should have verified and subtracted or added each bet to maintain an accurate balance?

Your handling of this raises serious trust and other issues that i feel are showing lack of responsibility to your users by maintaining a fair site. Your games my validate and be provably fair bur is your casino? I would ask that this issue be addressed for i am sure there is other parties similar to mine that felt they were cheated.

I will say this whole situation has escalated and has been blown out of proportion. While the bet in question seems legit. Will came to me right after it happened and we discussed it. Not knowing what to make of it or do. I asked a couple people that i know to have knowledge about verification. All giving different answers. So i think it was the following day or maybe two. But not knowing or caring about a bounty. I sent it to promo via PM and informed him of it and kindly asked if he could figure it out and provide and explanation.

I pretty much forgot about it aside from it still floating around in chat for a week. But i have won and still do as well as lose. So i didnt really care. Will also had dropped it. Then a week after and im not sure of the exact time table. But someone made it known to you. For the first time? I dont know but i was told about Jamyr posting the bet here. So I assumed it was him. Then donkey came and said that i was to get a bounty because Zodiac gave him 500k and was gonna give 500k to the person that found it I dont know why he thought i found it as i didnt talk to select few people and never said it was me. Anyway i pm'd zodiac and said what happened no lies. That Will found it and that i sent it to promo asking for an answer. Why a week later were you made aware by a user and not promo/lightlord i dont know. But i said and showed Will the screenshots that he found it and deserved the bounty. In my mind that was the end of it. Bam my buddy gets a bounty nice.

So i take a day or two off and some back and all hell had broken loose. Was Will being a to outspoken and brash? Maybe. While i can also see his side as well. He found it and the 39th person down the line gets a prize. And then him thinking that he would to because he found it and i vouched for it. When it didnt come and user donkey can be brash and offensive as well. Along with several regular users. Your chat is the best because mods dont go around muting everyone and let us vent when we get mad because plinko took our coin. Which i will vouch and your mods or users will to makes me and im sure other feel better. I am probably the most brash when i lose big. But within minutes i will say ok im better. and i have seen some and may or may not have been party to some heated exchanges. So yes Will probably was rude and offensive. But it could have been solved either the week before when i made someone in authority aware. That whole week , when I told zodiac will found it. After or even right then. I dont think it was about the 500k with will either it was a principle to him. And him seeing donkey and im sure he said something to offend donkey. And knowing donkey he probably escalated that particular situation with his F you suck this attitude.

So he had and used several accounts. Everyone knew. Did he abuse faucets. i dont know. Was he in control of said accounts? Again i dont know. the only account i know will under that is his will be Barracuda. the others had people i didn't know on them sometimes. Is he a stand up dude? hell yeah I mean that Panda dude can be outspoken but will treat people fairly and is very generous with his wins. and he will tell you will never asked for coin or was really rude to anyone unless provoked. So i quess where im going with this is most of the parties involved made mistakes. From me not sending the bug to promo and not you. Will for his handling and Zodiac and Promo for not addressing it when it was made aware. You say there is I.P. correlation of people using the faucets. Were they his ip? Was he ever really in control of those accounts. When Panda got locked out of his for 2fa i had to start a new account with no level and wager just to get a decent faucet. Someone gave me one of the floating accounts that i used until Zodiac got me back into mine. So who was abusing the faucets? I know it wasn't me and am pretty sure you know as well. I dont think it was will in my opinion. And wish it never got this far. Chat has not been the same since my friend is not allowed. And many others feel the same. Can this be fixed? I hope you two put your feelings aside and can talk like men and put it in the past.
