Crex going to delisting scs, is there any other exchange with active deposit to transfer?

I cant understand it.Frankly I Smell a Rat.
This project was good, it was in progress and price went near 3 dollar, every thing was working properly but suddenly without any notice and news dev disappeared, their telegram, Twitter and emails get inactive, website without any update and all contact ways closed

May they are arranging some programs behind, I don't know

It seem it worth to survey options for community takeover.
It's price approximately is fix, nobody sell their scs it show there is hope
