Hardcap =50 000 000 $  with price 1$ and 100 mln Total Supply......here there is some kind of discrepancy, can you explain? Burning unsold tokens-automatically or manually? Thank you for the questions! The hardcap has been fixed to 50M$ because that's the size decided for this fund. We could shoot big numbers, but as YOOmahn philosophy we want to keep it down to heart. Fixed maximum supply is 100 mln tokens, but clearly will not be the real circulating supply at the end of the ICO. Consider the following: - There are tokens allocated to bounty campaign, as % of the sold tokens; - During Private Investor phase (now), investors are getting 50% bonus tokens (1$ = 1.5 YOO); - Starting from Public Pre-Sale and going through the Public ICO, there will be some more bonus for buyers (from 30% down to 0%). Se guardiamo al marketcap totale, non ci sono grosse differenze, quindi non c'è flusso di nuovo cash nel mercato. Il rifugio dall'incertezza delle alt ci può stare, ma direi che i prossimi giorni saranno abbastanza chiave.

As i have a experience of 2 years in the Ico market and i can say that Switzerland, Cayman islands, Spain, Mexico, Estonia, Gibraltar and United States. All of these countries are the best to setup Ico.

Preparati un NDA standard e fattelo firmare prima di divulgare l'idea, se sei così paranoico. La validation dell'idea passa anche al parlarne con altri. Personalmente, sono dell'ottica della condivisione delle idee, senza necessariamente condividere l'execution che è quella che fa la differenza nel successo o meno del progetto. Un saluto, |

- Metti l'idea su carta, in modo che sia chiara.
- Struttura questa simil presentazione in pochi punti fondamentali (un po' simile a un whitepaper): Overview sul mercato di riferimento, quali sono i problemi, come la tua idea li andrebbe a risolvere.
- Non impelagarti nell'execution. Piuttosto spiega cosa bisogna fare per verificare la fattibilità. Normalmente verificare questa fattibilità ha un costo (che può essere più o meno importante a seconda dell'ambito). Dove prendi questi soldi? Li tiri fuori tu, chiedi a family&friends, tiri dentro soci operativi, trovi un angel.
- A fattibilità provata, è il momento di studiare l'execution. Se sei fortunato trovi dei soci operativi (dev, marketers etc) che ti alleggeriscono il costo di partire e potete cercare di fare quanto più possibile da soli.
- Arriverete a un punto in cui si brucia cash. Come vi finanziate per partire veramente? ICO, se la blockchain è il modo migliore per lanciare l'idea, vs fundraising classico di Venture Capital.
Non posso valutare di più con le informazioni che hai dato. Se vuoi scrivermi in privato con più dettagli posso darti un parere un po' più approfondito.

Guys, you need to see the whole picture and not to be limited to the short term. Unless you want to do daytrading, just buy your BTC, put them somewhere safe and forget about them for few years.
It is also valid for those buying in December.

Best way to "Audit an ICO" is learn yourself. Of course, metrics change if you expect to be a quick gainer or a holder.

Technically it's not impossible for the BTC to fall around 4k. Truth is nobody can really predict what's gonna happen!

The team is the best indicator of a possible success/unsuccess of an ICO. Lately I noticed that teams which achieved impressing results in "real-life" projects deliver a much better performance of the ICO.
Let's remember that, at the end, we are talking about companies and business, not childish games. You can have great developers, but if they do not have the sense of business, you can't expect much.

While some taxes make sense, considering Government needs to cover its cost as well, there are few taxes which I personally find destructive for the economy. I'm talking about consumption taxes and VAT..
