Should I buy now or wait for exchanges? Can anyone help? The market is bad. There is a chance that TRAID price will drop when it hits exchanges. On the other hand, PoS difficulty is very low at the moment, so buying now and staking is also a good idea. I bought a little and I am staking. I will buy more on exchanges if the price drops. This is a long term hodl for me. TRAID has a great future. My goal is to own at least 1 masternode. Yes the market is bad, but you can earn so much from staking now that even if it drops on exchanges you will still be profitable. There are very few masternodes online and the staking rewards are sweeet. I know the market is bad, but I see trade is running excellent bonuses right now. With the current bonuses and the number of masternodes online I think it's wise to invest now and stake despite market conditions. Can anyone tell me what is the price of 1 masternode now with all bonuses? We don't sell masternode packs, we sell coins. But let me do the calculation for you anyway. Current cost of 1 masternode is ~0.25 BTC. Here's the math behind it: Masternode collateral is 60,000 TRAID. We're running a limited-time 40% bonus plus a 20% volume bonus (for purchases above 20,000 TRAID) till the end of the week. With the current bonuses you would be paying for 23,000 TRAID instead of 60,000 TRAID.60,000-40%-20% = 23,000 TRAID 23,000x 0.07 = $1610 / 0.25349939 BTC Amazing, 40% bonus is more than enough. I know this is not the right place for this question but can anyone tell me which VPS service is the best/cheapest for hosting a masternode? Thanx guys Smart move Lavern! I'm here from the beginning and my mn is getting rewards like crazy, you'll see. I'm hosting my mn on vultr but there are lots of services you can choose from like digitalocean, ovh, vultr etc. I'm assuming you're new to this since you're asking about VPS so if you need help with setting up your new masternode just hit these guys on discord and they will get things done for you. The team is super friendly. They helped me set up my masternode. They even offered to host it for me completely free of charge. I can't thank you enough. It's staking time!

Hold them til die. They are all my favourite projects. I have been with them since day one. The thing is I only invest in projects that I trust. So I never have to worry about the prices. It depends on how you do it, may be different than mine. It's good to believe in the project you invest in but it's smart to sell when they reach certain level.

I really think it will rise above $ 6000. If it drops below $ 6k, many will panic. And many are disappointed. But I see now the changes are starting to increase. Maybe at the end of the year will soar. There are too many investors of bitcoins this year so there is no possible way for the price to go down below $6k dollars and investing right now will be your best chance to earn more profit since the market will still go back to normal after a few months. I agree with you, the number of new investors is increasing every day. We can only expect the increase of prices not the fall.

Thank you for the reminder. Now i will start looking for a secure wallet.
Don't look for it, just make paper wallets.

I was watching a video "Is it college worth it?" and meanwhile I was thinking about that:
Would you advice a teenager to spend 50k/100k in education or would you advice him to buy bitcoin or alt coin and hold them for 3/5 years?
Education is crucial. Info about crypto is misleading, more people lose money than the ones that make some profit. Education leads to better paid and stable jobs. It broadens your horizons and it changes your points of view. You meet many smart and interesting young people and you can make friends that will be successful in the future and not some random bums. It's very important who your friends are, if they are intelligent and successful you'll have an incentive to be better and if they're underachievers you probably won't reach your potential. It's not all about money. Let's see. Go to school and accumulate a large debt so you can work your entire life to pay it off? Sounds like a great idea. The other option is to stop with your materialistic cravings and be free.
Go to Europe, they have pretty good and very chep universities. For 2-5k/year you can have a masters degree in anything. That's just 10-25k and it's less than price of a good car.

First of all, I am definitely willing to wait a couple of years to have a 500% profit from my investment, the problem is that there is no guarantee of Bitcoin reaching that price. Also, I don`t think it will fall lower then 4000$, at least not this year.
There's no guarantee but you have nothing to lose. Just wait and see, you can sell it anytime for your buy price.

Most of the alternative coins I managed to sell before the fall. But I still have coins that are very much cheaper. I will wait for the market to recover.
I did the same thing but it was all just luck. I still have few ones that I wait to recover.

Can you explain me what is the difference between your project and covesting Traid is not a copy trading platform like covesting, though we really like the project. Traid Platform is an educational hub for crypto enthusiasts where they can learn to trade/invest by watching live broadcasts streamed by hand-picked traders. The focus is on the education itself, rather than the copy-trading feature. An old saying comes to mind that best describes our business model: "Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime" Hope that answers your question. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks for explaining...everything is clear now. I thought you are like covesting and was a bit disappointed. I like your project even more now

We should have sold it before bear market, from 7 months all of them dropped very very much so we cant sell now, just hodl and will wait with patience.
Well if we knew we would have sold. I don't like those "what if" thoughts. They lead nowhere.

It's always a matter of sorrow when we attacked by hackers. Hence, we shall always be careful so that our investment don't go in vain. In this regard, for security purpose trezor and ledger wallet can be a good choice. Although, every coinbase tries to ensure highest security but these two are really amazing. It's interesting that people think about this things only AFTER they get scammed or hacked. The prevention is crucial when you're dealing with money scams.

Pretty much standard stuff and well known. You only need coins on the exchange if you trade. If you're holding then put it away man, that's common sense. But anyways it's good to have this kind of topics so people can read and do something about it. Nobody's gonna hack your phone because you're irrelevant but many hackers were trying for years to for example hack PS4 and they did it in the end. Everything is hackable it just depends how big of a target it is.

hold to die :v
Hold to sell. What is the point in holding your coins until you or they die?

The different between rich and poor is riches people have lot of money that's why they can buy or do anything they want. But poor people can't do it cause they have no money.
There's a saying: "When there's a will, there's a way!" I think it's semi accurate. Sometimes your will can be strong but if you don't have the money you can't do anything about it.

Naw! Rich people have liabilities too. #1 difference
Poor people think money is more important than time.
I value my time very highly but I ain't rich yet. Money makes money and that's about it. Don't sell me that nonsense about willing to take risks, ingenuity bla bla.
