US is the most powerful country in the world. Because they have develop free market economy that allows for great innovation and they have focused in developing a military and scientific structure that has allowed them to prosper in and ever changing world.
Oh so the best inventions are the ones that kill and then you try to figure out how to stop the kill

So if i want to invent the best way is to design something that kills then someone can come up with something that stops my invention from killing?..
Yes the USA is the best at doing them ideas ..
Also it's very good at making drugs selling them to the rest of the world really cheap but charging their own citizens high prices like way to high
