A great website that I use it Coinpot. All you do is register and open the tabs to their respective websites for each coin and let it run in the background in your browser. you can earn some coins that way I convert all those coins that I've claimed into Bitcoin Cash and then transfer those to my wallet.

Please note though, that this is by no means a "get rich quick" scheme. Just something to get you started and ease you into the Crypto ecosystem.
