Hi,
open OLD wallet client export keys to new Gui Wallet:
1 - Old client Wallet type: viewkey then copy PRIVATE key
2 - Old Client Wallet type: spendkey then copy PRIVATE key
3 - Open guiwallet 0.2.3 CANCEL PASSWORD PROMPT and choose Restore from Keys > again select middle restore from keys then enter Your old wallet address and keys
4 - Create a new password and name Wallet
5 - Done!

I've restored it with seed phrase.
