We have found that there are projects like BlockRX and FarmaTrust working on solving gaps in the pharmaceutical industry.

Our project has 3 Technical Development Phases to achieve our project objectives. Each phase of the project works on solving specific problems in the pharmaceutical industry.

Phase 1 - Provide consumer with assurance of genuity. In this phase, we work towards eliminating counterfeit medicines in the pharmaceutical supply chain using blockchain provenance technology . We know that BlockRX and FarmaTrust are also working on this problem. However our approach and technology solution is very different.

Phase 2 - Decentralized Temperature Monitoring of Biologics (Temperature Sensitive Medicines) and Vaccines- Biologics are the next generation medicines, usually very expensive due to its pinpoint accuracy for the treatment. We will using IoT Sensors to provide consumers with utmost transparency.  We are the only project working on this market.

Phase 3 - Decentralized Pharmaceutical Marketplace - A decentralized pharmaceutical marketplace will provide consumers will be better access to genuine medicines. Our participants will be able to utilize their tokens in this marketplace. We are the only project working on this market.

Today, The pharmaceutical industry is estimated at $1.2 Trillion annually, and there are several gaps that affect medical patients everyday. Our end goal is to provide transparency to the consumer in every purchase.

It sure is a great idea. Traceability in the pharmaceutical is becoming important every day. Our Co-Founder was working on his Master Degree Thesis to find solve the problem of unsafe transportation of biologics and having a decentralized temperature monitoring back in 2012. At that time, Blockchain technology wasnt in the mainstream as today.

Today, Blockchain has brought a whole approach to this problem, and we are finally able to cater to the pharmaceutical consumers.
