I'm trying to figure out, what exactly are the newbie account limitations on bitcointalk.org?

I'm long time lurker, rarely log in or post and have a few accounts.

Have a new account and will make an ANN thread.

Are the only limitations the speed at which you can post threads, comments, and private messages?

Or are there post limitations as well?
