I think it's too early for one to conclude that this ICO or project will be bigger than Telegram or pull out t off the stage. Telegram has never chosen or requested ICOs users to use it, and its features and easy-to-use platform have attracted it.

Holding money on Indian exchanges is bad because banks are tying their hands.
