I think yes, they do. Many bounty hunters earned huge money last year where participations were very less. And also a good ranking Sig hunter can earn huge money from a good campaign and then they invest in good ICO too. I think a regular bounty hunter knows which project will hit and which not.

I'm waiting Ignis on Bittrex and and I've no intention to complain because it was my choice.
