From my experience they were good enough.  I had deposited and sold ~6 bitcoins.  Since I was an unverified member I could only withdraw $1000 per day using ACH transfer.  The majority of my deposit requests were around Christmas so I had to wait a few days without deposits, but on the 27th there were several deposits pending in my account.  I am sorry you are having issues though
