As per me for longer investments we should cheese Ethereun, Neo, Litecoin EOS and Monero 

As a newbie if we have some funds available we should start with buying the bitcoin, if funds are not there we should  reply to  from the forum posts and  upgrade to a certain level.

As per me the best tactic is to do average one market is falling, buy more when it falls because when market will go up we should be able to sell what we bought at low price when market was falling.
