If you trade in AEX, the price will be   $ 0.014usd

Do you like xcn price 0 or xcn dead?

Now the market is not good, AEX trading on the ballot is easy, the market is good, the money will need more.

Yes, i agree: If XCN can be traded on AEX again the price could rise with a factor between 10 or 20 of the current price. If we were not be able to return to AEX, the price could fall to zero in a couple of months due to the lack of trading volume on the small exchanges.

And yes: We have to take the chance the current bear market is offering to us: At the moment voting on AEX is cheap and easy. When the bull market returns, the price for voting will explode and we have lost our chance to be relisted.

Letīs go for it!
out there must be a lot of miners and holders.
we can do it if they help.
Vote XCN here:

#sekker

Hello dear Cryptonite fans,

for those of you who have not had the time to follow up on Telegram's current discussion on promoting voting for XCN on AEX, here is a brief summary of the current situation:

- XCN is in fourth place in the voting with 5.3M tickets, the rival in 1st place has 42.6M tickets

- As 50% of the currently circulating coins are located on AEX, it is very important that we make it to the first place of voting as quickly as possible so that AEX can re-enable trading with XCN.

There are several ways for the community to support the voting race on AEX:

1. Buy on AEX GAT and purchase the appropriate amount of voting tickets with the purchased quantity of GATs.

2. Deposit on AEX BTC, ETH or EOS, benefit from the daily 10M GAT Airdrop Bonus and use it as a voting ticket.

In addition, for any XCN owner, as well as those who do not have an AEX account and do not wish to have such an account, the following support is available:

3. You donate part of your XCN assets to the Cryptonite fund address: CP6uhgcDnXzdgQhnz2q1xhSFMFinmqkQkh

The donations will be used by the team during the AEX voting to increase the actual 1,000,000 XCN voting reward step by step: Increasing the reward should make it more lucrative for uninvolved or supporters of other coins to vote for XCN than for the rivals.

In addition, Pallas will contact the owner of the suprnova pool and ask him to provide a donation opportunity for the local miners for the voting phase on AEX: The donations of the miners will also be used to increase the voting reward.

Sekker will advertise at Hasbx that they will use part of their current 26.3M XCN to increase the voting reward.

It would be nice if you could help us with one or more of the options outlined above: If we manage to get XCN traded on AEX again, it will certainly drive up the price of XCN and increase the value of your funds by many times of your support !

Thanks in advance: Cryptonite is counting on you - every little contribution will help!

Just a little hint:

The exchange Exrates.me seems to search offensively for new coins to be integrated in there exchange, see:

https://twitter.com/Exrates_Me?lang=en&lang=en

Maybe we can pass the time there until Novaexchange is finally reopened and / or the AEX vote has been won ...

*grmpf'!!*

In the meanwhile it seems to be an extremely popular business model, opening an exchange and ripping off crypto communities:

It's a pity!

What's up with the AEX votes?

Yesterday we where at the 1st place and the ticket - count where above 88000000, today on the morning it was 66666666 and now we have been falling down to the 7th place with only 534313 tickets.

Yesterday I voted with above 14400 tickets -  now I looked in my voting record and there are only 12653 remaining!

Edit: My ticket count wasn't reduced - I confused it with the tether price for the buy trade!

Do I have problems to understand the voting rules or is there anyone who is manipulating or messing around with the voting?Huh

Honestly, I don't know. Today we had up to 100M votes. Then back to the usual almost-500K.
I don't know how that's possible and what's the porpose of doing it (by whoever).
If any of you know more, please share.

I believe the problem lies in the possibility of withdrawing the "VOTE" via the "REFUND" key at any time (up to 3 days before the deadline), although the rules give the impression that this is only possible after the conclusion of a voting round, if the project did not win: Such a nonsense - that leads to any vote ad absurdum if someone can retrospectively withdraw his vote!

Perhaps those who have voted with so many tickets have realized that with a "only" 1000000 XCN reward, this could not be a worthwhile short term investment  and have therefore withdrawn their tickets ...

But maybe somebody just wants to fool us ...

To prevent fooling it might be a good idea to convince AEX that ticket-withdrawing shall only possible for those tickets that were placed in previous rounds and not for those who were placed in the current round.

Apart from that - I do not understand why AEX does not simply reactivate trading for XCN: The XCN wallet is still available on AEX (but you can only debit): Activation would certainly not cost the IT of AEX more than 5 minutes!

And why would someone vote the exact amount to reach a total of 66666666 votes? or 100000000? :-)

"Cui bono?"

When I think about who could use these actions, I can only think of two variants at the moment:

Someone wanted to improve his understanding of the voting mechanism - hence the harmless variant:

1. Someone has tested the functions of the voting mechanism

Currently, AEX would make a profit of 7 BTC if OPC wins - This results in the nasty variant:

2. AEX is trying to increase ticket sales by fearing the supporters of projects in the front seats that they might lose their leadership role. This would allow AEX to further increase its profits from the voting rounds.

If this continues we will probably have to wait another 6 rounds until XCN finally wins! Cry

Hi sekker,

It might be that AEX has changed the voting page: The above link (https://www.aex.com/page/vote.html) always produces a timeout in my web browser.

I think the following link is the new one for voting:

Please check!

Hi to all,

I have found a very promising coinexchange which currently allows proposals for new coins: It is named CoinFalcon (https://coinfalcon.com/) and has a lot currency pairs including Bitcoin, Etherum, Litecoin, IOTA, Tether, EUR and USD.

This Exchange is located in London and also allows trading via a Smartphone App like a lot of the big Forex trading platforms.

I have made a request for Cryptonite - eyerybody is invited to vote under the following link:

https://feedback.coinfalcon.com/coin-request/p/cryptonite-xcn-2

@sekker: To keep the things simple I have copied your proposal from coinpulse ...

Best regards:

Br@indr@in

@sekker - A little hint for the case this wasn!t checked by you until now: HitBTC (Big exchange, existing since 2013) seems to offer the integration of new coins without any registration charge:

https://hitbtc.com/add-token

P.S.: @all others - Don't forget to vote for XCN on coinfalcon: Until today there are only 7 votes!
(At the moment they are integrating a new coin nearly every two weeks without any charge!)

Well i dont know how say this... hitbtc wants to list XCN 60btc....

#sekker

I can confirm this. It was a few months ago 9-10BTC, but they are upping it every month it seems.

These guys are crazy! (Perhaps Golum could help with a donation of his 23.5 million XCN  Grin ...)

I have just read a very interesting article in the German "BTC Echo" about a large tether emisssion (https://www.btc-echo.de/neue-tether-gedruckt-profitiert-ethereum/): There it is written that a very large part of the emission was settled via CoinBene (https://www.coinbene.com/#/). Also at the risk that my advice is not effective again: CoinBene does not seem to take a listing fee but to orient itself solely to the characteristics of a coin.

https://www.coinbene.com/#/apply

With a google account you can apply for a listing via a link on that page.

Hello guys.

I have a question about CUDA mining - I have free GT750M card, it is possible to work with it?
My command line
Quote
ccminer-m7-branch --algo=m7 --url=stratum+tcp://xcn.suprnova.cc:8008 --user=Username.Worker2 --pass=password
But nothing happens when I run it:
Quote
ccMiner for nVidia GPUs, M7 version - (C) 2016 pallas

based on original ccMiner by Christian Buchner and Christian H. 2014

And so on, but I've held it 2 days and nothing was mined.

CPU mining is OK, but slow.

Thanks in advance.
Best regards.

The GT750M is based on Kepler architecture, but for my miner Maxwell is required.
You may try djm34 version which should work with older cards (see the OP).

Hi to all, hi Pallas,

after several weeks of experimentation I managed to integrate your code from 24 Dec 2017 (https://github.com/pallas1/ccminer-m7-branch/releases) into the version 0.3.0 of djm34 (https://github.com/djm34/ccminer-msvc2015/releases): Now your faster code can be used with api as well. In addition, the miner runs on older SM30 / Kepler machines (with 50% higher speed).

...

So that the action is not too complicated, I reduced the algorithms to M7, Groestl, and Neoscrypt. I hope that with this release a few more hobby miners will join M7/Cryptonite mining and with that we will be able to harness the power of Golum / Mr. 10 GH, which constantly messes up the difficulty and block time of the coin.

If there are people who are interested in this software version, I could try to publish it on GitHub or perhaps Pallas could publish it in his branch.

Best regards:

Br@indr@in

Thanks very much!
But where is the link to your miner?

The miner is still not published on github so there is no link available: This was my first project on Visual Studio 2015 so that I have no account on github.
I would only bother to open a Github account and publish the miner if the community has an interest in the publication. And as I said, if you want I can possibly make the miner personally available to you (via e-mail or onedrive) and you publish it under your github account.

#br@indr@in

I overcame my respect for the secrets of Github and now published my mining software there:

https://github.com/breindrein/M7-ccminer-for-SM30-machines-and-above/releases/tag/v0.3.2

Have fun with faster mining on SM30 machines!

16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XCN] Cryptonite - NEW Thread | 1st mini-blockchain coin | Bounties! on: June 19, 2018, 10:55:02 PM
This coin has perspective, but for now it is nearly dead coin. Community do some work, but since there is only one pool, and on that pool we have MR 10 GH person. That person go to the pool, get all coins it can ( and wait until diff arise) then left pool and again again and again. for small miners (like I am) it is very bad. Price is small, and when that person come to pool, all coins goes to him, so you can mine many hours and got only few coins.

solo mining is always option but you must monitor network hash rate and when that person is on the pool you can stop solo mining since you will not find any block in that time. so you will only spent some electricity for nothing: your hash rate compared to his has hash rate is too low, so you will find no blocks at all.
Pure math, nothing more.
hope new wallet is better then old one

You're absolutely right - with one exception - Golum only does solomining: I have never seen him on Suprnova.
The question is, what is the guy doing with his millions of coins? Is he waiting for higher prices? At some point he has to get his investment back! To reach 10 GH he has to have at least 650 pieces of GTX 1050 Ti running with an electricity consumption of 65KW: I can not see that any of his mined coins are being sold on the exchanges (Look at his accumulation adress at https://explorer.digicent.org/?address=CPKPJP7eiMkuRuzrRztxakwqeDdo21zrYS with a total amount of 23.5 Billions millions of received and zero sent coins): This guy has to be sitting on a huge mountain of losses by now! Apart from that: With this huge number of coins under the control of a single owner, the price of Cryptonite could be manipulated at will! I do not think he's up to something good - otherwise he would at least donate a small portion of his loot for the further development of Cryptonite!

At the moment, his activities are definitely extremely detrimental to small miners and network stability: When he's online, block time is reduced to a few seconds, and he's collecting thousands of coins in a matter of a few hours. If he then retires, the block time goes up to almost an hour and the little miners have to screw down the block time again under the huge use of electricity for days!
I believe that it will not be long before even the little miners are fed up and have no more desire to pay the bill for his greed!

@Pallas: Perhaps it could be a good idea that the difficulty adjusts depending on the situation: If the block time falls below one minute, the difficulty is adjusted depending on the number of mined blocks. If the block time exceeds one minute, the difficulty is regulated as a function of the number of minutes elapsed. This could ensure that ordinary miners no longer have to pay for the consequences of Golum's antisocial behavior. As a side effect, this would also cause Cryptonite's electricity consumption to fall sharply and the block time will settle better at the intended one minute.

@pallas I find djm34 miner has same hashrate as yours on 750ti oc ~6,300 kh/s.  Smiley Running windows 8.1.

EDIT: Your's won't allow the intensity setting.

On a SM30/ Kepler Nvidia Quadro K2000 (= GeForce GTX 650) machine the code from djm34 is a lot slower:

I have experimented with the intensivity settings in djm34's miner: I could not see any effect of lower or higher settings for the M7 algo

Perhaps it could be a good idea to put a good german description under the media info on the first  "[ANN]" page I have found here:

https://www.krypto-magazin.de/was-ist-cryptonite-coin/
This article may be unique in that it's a German description in an "independent" magazine, but it contains some pretty severe errors:
- According to the article, Cryptonite was distributed via an ICO, and afaik there was not even a pre-mine
- "Unmalleable transactions" are translated into "transactions being vulnerable to malware" by the article, which afaik is wrong - malware normally operates on the victim's computer, while in malleabillity attacks an attacker creates duplicate transactions with a custom software.

In short, it looks like a really bad translation of Cryptonite's key concepts.

I have started a little German description here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2822792.new#new

Thanks for Your hints/explanations: Now for the first time I understand what means "Unmalleable transactions"!

Hello guys.

I have a question about CUDA mining - I have free GT750M card, it is possible to work with it?
My command line
Quote
ccminer-m7-branch --algo=m7 --url=stratum+tcp://xcn.suprnova.cc:8008 --user=Username.Worker2 --pass=password
But nothing happens when I run it:
Quote
ccMiner for nVidia GPUs, M7 version - (C) 2016 pallas

based on original ccMiner by Christian Buchner and Christian H. 2014
Cuda additions Copyright 2014 Christian Buchner, Christian H.
Cuda additions and initial M7 support Copyright 2014 djm34

[2018-01-12 16:05:31] 1 miner threads started, using 'm7' algorithm.
[2018-01-12 16:05:31] Starting Stratum on stratum+tcp://xcn.suprnova.cc:8008
[2018-01-12 16:05:32] ←[22;37mGPU #0: GeForce GT 750M, 9065 khash/s←[0m
[2018-01-12 16:05:32] ←[22;37mGPU #0: GeForce GT 750M, 6455673 khash/s←[0m
[2018-01-12 16:05:33] ←[22;37mGPU #0: GeForce GT 750M, 7492314 khash/s←[0m
[2018-01-12 16:05:33] ←[22;37mGPU #0: GeForce GT 750M, 7372914 khash/s←[0m
[2018-01-12 16:05:34] ←[22;37mGPU #0: GeForce GT 750M, 2960 khash/s←[0m
