As expected Mooncoin is going back up to where it was before. It is now at 15 satoshis, with more trade volume coming in. In fact there is over twice as much twice volume as a day or two ago. People should have bought in at 11 while it was really cheap. 15 is still cheap.
Its not exactly liquid at 15, ive had a sell order set for over an hour Its a wall So, you are trying to sell at 15 and be done with Moon or something? lol no, its called short selling my friend Isn't short selling when you sell that which you do not own to replace later at a lower value? Surely you are just selling with a hope to buying back in at a lower value?

is the virus thing true? I've never got anything stolen even if I let the coins on my wallet for days.
yes it is true, that's why ppl sold today and the devs are silent about it. This coin is over Silent about it? Dev responded earlier, saying the official download is clean, and indeed it is clean, If you got an infected one you got it elsewhere.

I just realized that i bough MOON earlier at 90 satoshi instead of 9 ;( i lost about 400k moon on that buy...
Can you please help solve my FML situation, im sitting down on my knees praying for your support atm
moon: 2XZE2FxFS7mUm9mV2RywwbSvqPtax83UJe
Thank you!!
how is that even possible? where did this happen? Coinex, i missed one "0" and now all i have i 42k :/ If you did it on coinex it just buys the cheapest sell orders for as much as it can afford up to your listed price, so there is no way you would have got 42k instead of 400 unless you were buying at 9 when there was no buy order between 9 and 90. I call BS.

Hey I'm just trying to bring some realism in this thread, not bashing. This is passing the market cap of coins that are accepted in a lot of places.
That's what people said about dogecoin... Look at it now, it's still at 208 satoshi. Crypto will be dead in my eyes if coins with zero real world use such as doge and moon keep surpassing coins that do. Yes because it's viable for a coin in its infancy to be used to purchase goods, Hey I'll just buy this penny sweet with some mooncoin, hands over 1 moon, "O crap the increase in prices has just made my penny sweet cost £10" A coin needs to be established and fairly stable before it can really be used for purchases and it needs a big following and community for that to happen, everything doesn't just appear the second someone launches a new coin.

the pool difficulty is very strange, more than 100, omg I can hardly mine any compared to last week - wish I started mining earlier! hope somebody will fix the problem, it just sticked! i want to mine moon~~~ While difficulty is high and hashrate is low mining will be slow until the next difficulty change in 192 blocks which at current hashrate is 22 hours time :/ If we hit cryptsy that should hopefully boost price and hashrate and get us to the diff change a lot sooner, problem was caused by a massive dump just before the difficulty change so people flocked in because of coinwarz and multipool boosting hashrate to 13 G/hash and difficulty to 100+ then vast majority left because of the dump and the difficulty change. 3x for your explanation. but how to fix it if majority won't come again? All we can do for now is keep as much Hashrate on Moon as possible, to find those 192 blocks faster, spread the word to anyone who doesn't know about Moon yet! tell all your friends about the various Moon faucets giving out Moon and try to get them mining! Even at the current difficulty and value Moon is still more profitable to mine than Litecoin, that says something right there

The price has been YoYo'ing up and down on it's journey upwards, this swing down is nothing out of the ordinary, My guess would be drop to 90 before it starts climbing again.
Edit- Seems my Guess of 90 was too optimistic, only reached 100 before bouncing back to 120. Shame, would have been a nice profit if it has go to my 90 buy order.

It is premined, but the dev was not honest to admit (he claimed he was DDOSed, and not sure where the coins have gone, only kids would trust). just look through the first 100 page in this thread and find it out. I mined it at launch, spent about 4 hours and mined 250k coins.
Look at the blockchain, look at the pools found blocks and tell me where the mythical premine happened, I mined at launch and mined 13m seems to me you either have no hash power or were mining on the wrong pool.
|
|
|
Then why are you acting all butthurt and claiming premine on a coin that had no premine?
|
|
|
Yeah, pump and then dump, let the fools buy high and sell low... Or.. You missed the news the caused the boost and are crying over your cheerios.

1/4 6:30PM - Update on marketing efforts and team updates! What's next? Dev hasn't posted since Jan 3. Multiple people have publicly offered to help, and it doesn't seem like dev is much interested. I was willing to believe that this was an honest effort and he just had some back luck, but I'm starting to have my doubts. Doesn't seem like to the dev cares too much what happens to this coin anymore. And it's too bad. This coin has a great name and marketable angle. Buying at 1 satoshi, ANYthing that's done to raise awareness = pretty large profits. You can make 1000% returns if it could climb back to just 10 satoshis. Hell, if it reached the low price level doge is at right now, you'd be making 25x ROI. This should be a no-brainer. And it's totally do-able. This coin needs a facelift (new look and feel), better web site, and a community behind it. At this low price, this coin should be one of the most obvious investment vehicles in crypto. But an absent dev doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Yes I know you had to deal with a lot of trolls. So what. That's what happens when you launch a coin. If this is in any way a legit effort and not a get rich quick scam, then accept the help people are offering and make this coin into something. If you actually want to help join the #mooncoin-team channel on Freenode irc (Links are on the first post) and start contributing to projects or ideas that are being developed and worked on in there, The Dev has been around sporadically but he has had some unforeseen issues to deal with and should hopefully be back soon.
