I'd be willing to translate the site to german, I guess that's one of the next great markets. PM me if you're interested.

Metiscoin will be delisted in two days from poloniex. Now THAT's a sign for an immanent death of a coin... From poloniex: Markets for the following coins will be delisted on May 24th: FRK, UTC, MTS, KDC, PMC, TWE, CON, GPUC ...Please withdraw these coins ASAP

I just reviewed some of the changes to the code you made. Looks like you focused on these things: - Change "Metiscoin Developers" to "syswt syswt@metiscoin.org"
- Change Version number
- Remove the forgotten proofs that you copied code from sifcoin and quark
- Changed the port number in the help-info
- Totally f***ed up the language files. You already had "metiscoin" in there everywhere, you now reverted these back to "quark" (e.g. src/qt/locale/bitcoin_cy.ts)
- Added the number of threads to spawn...
- Copied a whole lot of tests
What's your accomplishment? What's the reason for V1.3.0? What are YOUR changelog notes? Star3Bit

Metiscoin was added to Comkort exchange Wow. That's what I call a SMALL exchange site. They don't even have a full BTC volume over ALL currencies.

Guys, I've set up a DigitalOcean server with 8 CPU cores, and that's what I'm getting: These three shares where for quite a while without changing. Am I correct understanding that I'm not getting nothing for this miner if shares count isn't growing? Or I'm still getting some share from the pool? Cheers The shares are the counts from ypool. After 20 found blocks on ypool, you effectively get nothing more.

If i try the cloud mining on DigitalOcean i have this at the end Your wallet is still downloading/connecting. Try adding more nodes which are mentioned in this thread. As soon as your wallet is connected, the miner will pick up its work.

Look at the date of this transaction - it's simply not valid. Try salvaging your wallet. Your money isn't gone, it's never transferred at all.

problem is not in amount of transaction .. problem is in confirmations...
Yeah I know why you posted it. I was just wondering why you tried to wipe out the information which can be easily gathered by everyone.

yesterday i withdraw mtc from ypool .. i see transaction in my wallet but still not confirmed That's funny - you're really trying to hide your amount which can be seen by EVERYONE? The whole point with crypto currencies is that everyone can see every transaction. Go to http://www.coincrawler.de/mtc/index.php and in the field "Enter A Transaction ID" put the 8f9e5d4ac51c7668ce62629fe98eb8808ba276dfb9532eb7736242bf943e244c in, click on "Jump To TX" and under "Output Transaction 1" everyone can see your 892.51379 MTC.

Now that scares the hell out of me. Is there anyone actively stopping this coin?
The gHashes/s on ypool went down from ~11 to currently 1.41.
Is there a hard fork? Is someone destroying this coin? Or is it just a bug?

I'm curios, what is your effective power consumation by your rig?
What is the power output from the wall? And what are you using for your rig?
The card itself has been tested with 288 Watts (max-power, the rest of the system could be calculated out of it).

I guess that mining itself *might* be a waste of ressources which were converted into energy. This energy is used to create a virtual currency, but it doesn't add anything to the "real world". If you chop a tree, you can make a table out of it or you can burn the wood for warmth. Burning away electricity via PC hardware is pretty ineffective.
On the other hand, simply doing some mining in the alternative coins (like Litecoins) might be ok to gain a few dollars. But don't expect too much of it, with decent PC graphics hardware (that you already own, maybe because you're a gamer), you can expect like 2-3 USD per DAY.
Only chance you have is that you "invest" into bitcoins/litecoins/etc. this way and hope that the bitcoins go higher "to the moon". [1]
