Does anyone know what is going on at pom.m-hash.com? Almost everything I mine this week has being orphaned I was getting 1 some times 2 coin a day and I only got one this week.
I hate to keep asking about this but this is crazy I've minded all week and have not got 1 coin. I normally get 1 sometimes 2 a day everything is going orphaned. I have not changed anything on my end. example current round 7358 share valid 4 Invalid. Go over to translations every blocks tx's are orphaned and 0 earnings. |

Hot dog it works!  Ok everyone here is what I did it might not be by the book but.... I did upgrade to 1.4.6.2 then download new block chain synced my first wallet useing .215 ip then copied my Blocks and database files. then removed .215 ip and listen=0 deleted peers file. then reopened first wallet. Then on other wallets just updated to 1.4.6.2 and used Blocks and database files from first wallet and deleted peers file. opened and now have all 4 of my wallets synced and sharing the load. enjoy! Don't forget to backup!  |

Question? In theory if we downloaded 1.4.6.2 got it synced up to .215 ip shut the wallet removed .215 ip and reopened it would it not become a valid node past the fork? Wouldn't that help jump start the network back if a bunch of us did that? or is that lack of knowledge crazy talk?
Not having .215 will still work. Joe wouldn't that help take the stress off your node? My understanding is our wallets if we leave them open 24/7 will work as a note? is this true? |

Well I don't know who this Vitalik_Pedik guy is but I've learned a lot from him! I learned how to act like a troll. Speak in Russian to draw attention to my self and best of all!!! Reading your awesome posts I have to commend your effort in making no one care about who you are!  Welcome to the group. Thanks I'm been using the coin for along time but never vocal. Sorry to everyone else on the last post about Vitalik it will not happen again! I am sick of the non-stop drama he keeps bringing to this network. We can't help with someone like him trying to car bomb us all the time! Any update on the fix?

I can't seem to find a stratum server that supports m7m. I have found all sorts of "HOW-TOs" for all other bits of currency, but none for m7m algo's.
NOMP, uNOMP, node-stratum, none of those packages appear to have m7m support. It can be added in... just doesnt include it.
I know MinerClaim is using MPOS, and must have an m7m capable stratum server to operate the pool. This must be the "paid setup" that MPOS discusses on their project page.
So... to my knowledge there are no open source pool solutions for CoinMagi.
Someone, please prove me wrong, or guide me in the right direction. The closest I have come to is cryptonight, with XMR and cryptonote-pool or something on GitHub. Also didn't support m7m.
Any suggestions?
I can't find anything! If I can't run a pool, the currency is centralized... one node... no exchanges in operation supporting XMG currently...

Check the externals folder. Submodules broken, and not included. Updates borked. Code missing. Am I missing something? I may be old but... I feel like someone is trying to say there is, but there isn't. Well. This is discerning. Not only is it currently centralized, but no one but the developer or whom the developer permits, or whom has the time to recode the hashing of the stratum can operate a pool? What I do not quite understand is how the community is growing at the moment and whether new users are coming? On social networks saw an announcement that the development team is trying very hard and working on new improvements
It's probably grown because a lot of people like myself have been enjoying the network without saying anything. Now that there is a issue we are becoming active to either help or be negative. |

Hello everyone, Just got on the bandwagoon for Magi the last week, which seem to have been a bad week to join up on. Strange behaviours with missing transactions, faulty transactions, hard forks, strange levels of rewards, several mining pools with different netblocks, talks about attack on the magi network. So much drama on this thread, yet litte information on whats going on. I have some questions, I'm mining on pom.m-hash with what I assume is the normal chain (not test), I like the idea of limit but it turns out there is actually noone enforceing it given the fact ppl mining at higher levels. The network seem to go bananas sometimes with rewards up to 40xmg/block and even if they get confirmed, the payout look like its confirmed, but the actual transaction is invalid. What is the cause of these reward spikes and did they result in a hard fork of the chain? What causes these invalid transactions when looking at it? Sample 1) confirmed transaction in pool, invalid transaction at chainx ( https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xmg/tx.dws?a4a24a491dde695e0fa415bfe3671ec6a40503662e42192348b5d8e266e623aa) is this the hard fork ppl talk about last night? I use pom.m-hash as well and this all started about a week and a half ago. I hope I have all this data right! There was a hard fork of the chain. I don't know why to much drama to read back threw. Ever since then the network has been kind of a mess. I know there working on it. I looked at my stats the other day and it said I minded 500xmg in a day and 2xmg confirmed. Mining is probably a little unstable right now but don't quit the coin. Give them just a little time and you will like it. Up till this point everything has been stable on my end. |

We don't know. Joelao95, the developer, isn't too keen on keeping us up to date, though he has gotten better as of lately. It's an uphill battle, but we will eventually know, or find out ourselves. As for the drama, I'd just advise that you mute Vitalik. He contributes nothing to this community other than to troll (hence the pages of drama). My little rants here and there don't really help, so I'll be sure to bite my tongue as they say and keep quiet unless it's actually useful to everyone. Thanks sorry to come out the gate swinging. Just seems to be a lot of noise at times when you need real info and all you read is negative comments. |

I want to help by keeping my stuff current. I can't seem to see where we are threw pages of drama. I have reloaded the block chain that was released the other day and everything was good as of last night. Anyone know what is going on? I'm cool with everyone don't take this the wrong way. I just want a strait answer has the blockchain split again or what?
I posted a msg for joe to read asking him what is going on with the multiple blockchain splitting. so far nothing Thank You! I'm getting frustrated I sent coins to Bittrex late last night and poof gone! |

Can we stop pointing fingers. I don't care about the drama! What is going on! I have 4 wallets and there all out of sync. One of them received 11 coins today and that's not possible. I want to help by keeping my stuff current. I can't seem to see where we are threw pages of drama. I have reloaded the block chain that was released the other day and everything was good as of last night. Anyone know what is going on? I'm cool with everyone don't take this the wrong way. I just want a strait answer has the blockchain split again or what?
