1  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Asic miner giving the best return on investment ? on: January 08, 2014, 04:22:04 AM
Here's another great site where you can prove for yourself that mining bitcoins now, or in the future, is not viable (profitable).

The manufacturers are no doubt making money from both mining, because they are at the forefront of the technology, and of course from their sales.

I'm just as sorry as you, but it's the cold hard reality  Sad

Hey,

My brother and I recently started designing paper wallets using our handmade paper. We offer a 10% discount if you pay with bitcoin. Our latest design is an origami piggy bank with the private keys folded inside. (Bankin Bits)

We love doing this and plan to keep creating new designs and gathering feedback. Let's get started!

Cheers!

Feedback: I think it's brilliant, very creative. Good way to give away bitcoins to family and friends?

Team of 3 here based in Sydney and Perth. We have been working on a new exchange with low fees, ability to pay with CC to buy coins, high security, fast transaction time. Looking to launch in 2-3 months time. We see that there is a lack of professionalism in the world of BTC/alt-coin exchanges, especially in the support department. Thought I would just post here to ask what the people want. Will post more information closer to date of launch. Looking to the community to give you what you want.

Background;
Chris O'Shea
Bach Business in e-commerce and Marketing.

Mathew Waddell
Bach Business, 10 years background in customer support.
Vast knowlege of languages.

P.Taylor
Web developer.
Has worked for numerous banks and built some of the most state of the art trading platforms for the like.

Hi Chris, greetings from Perth  Smiley What you are trying to achieve is great and certainly needed. I've no real financial experience, but the only hurdle I can see is getting around the "charge back" problem that some fraudulent operators will no doubt look to exploit. If you can circumvent this, then the sky will be the limit for you guys.
All the best,

G'day, this is another newbies first post, this time from Perth Western Australia.

Hoping for great things for all of us through Bitcoin and this forum.

Edit:

Just to point out a couple of things for other newbs, in case you stumble across this post in your 1st posting adventure;

1) Read the "NEWBIE README" sticky post first (I obviously didn't do this!!).
Here is the link  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=177133.0

2) Remember to post something meaningful.

Cheers,
