A retargeting system is a security when a big miner join or leave our coin, this system will try to safe the difficultys that we be ablee to mine a block again.

We dont need hoppers, but for sure we will try to add a retargeting system ASAP 

You can mine HEX with CPU or GPU atm. Algo = Scrypt
