When choosing an ICO, first of all you should look at the product that stands behind an ICO. If there is no product yet, and the project is only on the “idea” stage - I wouldn’t recommend investing in it. The budget for the project is quite reasonable based on the quality of the project, Cloudfish has a high level operational concept and when you look at that and what it entails, one can easily be fascinated about it, i feel good and commend the team for making such budget for a huge project

It is an important topic especially with technology forever advancing, which means they are more back doors and exploits which hackers are researching and using.
