Arbs everytime you say "new batch of payments" and everytime i recieve nothing. Going on 3 months now without anything. There seems to be only a handful of ppl committed to this thread, why is it still random payments? Please send something.
also have not seen anything since april I haven't seen anything in a really long time either. Recently bitcoins surpassed the $300.00 mark, which means there has been some movement. The previous excuse was that bitcoins were too stagnant therefore arb was nearly impossible. Now that I see movement, When can we expect payments?

I haven't seen a payment in a while - What is the status? As more low-end Investors were paid back, payments were suppose to increase in either amount and/or frequency.

Received 0.05 BTC. Thanks!

BTC-ARBS:
July 5th was my First and ONLY Payment. We are going on just under 4 months now. Can you advise when I shall see a 2nd payment?

Looking at the Google Sheet, there were a number of investors at the .05 and .10 mark. With the first round done, that should lower the amount of people owed money. This SHOULD mean 1 of 2 things.
1) We continue to receive the smaller .05 or .10 payments, but at an increasing frequency (Which speeds up with each round, as there should be less people owed) 2) We receive a larger payment this round, but it may take longer for an additional payment.
I'm all for #2, as I'd rather have as much as I can now.

More refunds in 5 minutes. Less than 1 page of PMs left.
How long until round 2 of payments begins?

When can we expect round 2 of payments? I'm going on 7 weeks now since my last payment (Initial Payment).
|
|
|
How long until the next round (Round 2 for most) of payments? Is there a timeframe? Or a set amount of accounts that need to receive their first payment?

I can live without the priority list (of course that is better if exists), but I think that all we need to push to btc-arbs to give us a list of confirmed debts. At least I want to know if he accepts my debt, because if he is not accepting it I am loosing my time here. Like I said before I deposited days before the site closed, so I don't know who has my BTC.
You deposited or tried to into HIS site. Wherever the money went is still his problem. He owes you. This is exactly what I have asked for many times! Seems to go upon deaf ears though ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

Most emails take time to verify. Many users are claiming invalid amounts and there are also many fake emails from users that did not even have accounts.
That was my biggest concern that many people that never invested would jump on the band wagon and claim they did. Everything is being verified but with a partially corrupted database it takes a long time. Thankfully you have something to go on...otherwise asshats out there looking for free BTC would have you working till the end of your life trying to payback money that isn't rightfully theirs. Can we make the "Verified List" Public? So we as a group know where we stand?
|
|
|
Ohh let me jump right on this and loose some more coins... YAY.. Why do these people even post here???
|
|
|
OK.. then .05 a round... each round should get smaller and smaller as lower investors get paid back in full. I'd rather see .05 every 2 weeks, then wait 1+years to see 3.2 coins!

Their seems to be a large group of people on this forum who are asking for more transparency. We have asked in multiple different ways, and all of our cries have gone unanswered. This doesn't do well to keeping the crowd calm.
We are requesting the following:
1) Acknowledgement that you received / confirmed our amount owed.
2) A list or plan for repayment. When can people expect to be paid back? In what order?
The above will go a long way in calming people down, and I'm sure it will certainly help with the duplicate e-mails/requests. If we can help/assist in any way, I know a number of us are more then willing to lend a hand - if it means as a whole we get through this ordeal quicker! I know several people have reached out to you with suggestions/advise but their cries have also gone unheard. In the first post, almost 3 weeks ago, you mentioned that you were open to suggestions on how we can make this a better process. Recent events have shown us that this simply isn't the case.
I know personally I sent my information in June 1st, and still haven't seen or heard anything. Not even a small installment payment! I know I'm not alone on this.
Please take a moment to listen to our requests. It will make this process easier for all involved (Including you).
I joined this forum when I heard about the refunds. Sent my info in a PM and also sent an email. This was towards the end of May. Haven't sent anymore because I don't want to get bumped to the bottom of the list as has been mentioned by BTC Arbs. I am growing tired of having no response, yet people that have sent the guy a PM in the last week seem to be getting refunds. How the hell are these prioritized? Nobody knows. Last payments have been made at June 17th. Based on who sent their messages first (according to the spreadsheet) I thinks these people should receive payments first: May 29:tom14cat14: 1,5 BTC graylend: 9 BTC Total: 11,5 BTCMay 30:Tompkins: 0,32 BTC bad01nk: 0,65 BTC ButterStuff: 1 BTC worldlybedouin: 1,25 BTC lefebret: 1,36 BTC thwthewrew: 2 BTC broznic: 2,23 BTC s1m0n: 3,17 BTC thor4: 10 BTC causis: 11,5 BTC Total: 33,48 BTCMay 31:Alborado1990: 0,14 BTC Jasontx: 0,88 BTC stocky: 0,93 BTC MrMateria: 0,79 BTC airwalker2662: 1,06 BTC korniza: 1,15 BTC lesnod11: 2,45 BTC (received partial payment) Slipknot79: 3,25 BTC FreeJack2k2: 24,8 BTC (received partial payment) Total: 35,45 BTCplease note: there are many blanks in the spreadsheet from people who did not add their message details, since I can't see when they've sent their messages I did not add them to the lists above. Judging from the above list - This would mean that all others would be waiting 1+years for a payment. based on previous payouts, it will take him a while to pay Freejack Alone - Let alone the others. I am for the First Come / First Serve BUT we should try to get an initial payment out to everyone first - before second payouts. IE: Start on the list with First Come First Serve - and send out an initial .25BTC until entire list is fulfilled. Then start at the top again and pay an additional .25 BTC going down using First Come First Serve. (Would need to take a snapshot of the list - and anyone who adds after this point would need to wait until 2nd round)

I understand replying to PM's in the forum might not be the best way due to the 5 minute timeout. We had suggested a Read-Only GDOCS Sheet or similar. You would have exclusive control over the sheet, all others can only view. Here we would have the Username / Amount Owed / Confirmed Amount Owed
Username=BTC-Arbs Username (We already have this on the current sheet - not hard to copy/paste) Amount Owed = This is the amount We say we are owed (Already have a list of this as well) Confirmed Amount Owed = This is the amount you have also verified on your end that we are owed.
This would involve the least amount of work for you. You have to verify the amounts anyways - so why not publicly open it up.
If you are not sure how to set this up - I'm sure their are a number of people on this forum that can/will assist.
If anyone else has a better idea - Please share.

Might I propose yet again a possible solution.
1) Make a copy of our current GDocs Sheet 2) Make it READ/ONLY 3) Add the requested information here.
You have to confirm all of the accounts anyways - why not make it public so people have some idea whats happening. A priority payment list isn't a bad idea either. This way people will know what to expect and when.
I personally like the idea of paying everyone a small amount first, before the 2nd payment. I'd say a percentage is better then a set number. 1% of 500 coins is 5 coins (Very doable I think). This way larger inverters still maintain a fair amount paid back while small investors still see something as well.

Not a penny my way yet. It has been 16 days. I keep seeing messages for others paid back so I am wondering if you ever received my messages / confirmed what I'm owed. It would be helpful to us if you could let us know once you confirm (agree) with what we say we are owed. This will save people from sending messages over and over again.
Also - Payments do seem to be very random. At one point you mention that it was first come first serve , with some random. That should mean that I should be seeing something soon. Any schedule we can count on? I hopefully keep checking daily, but so far not a singe cent has come through!

BTC-Arbs Its good to hear that refunds are still continuing. I know from my side, it would be good to know when my requested refund was verified from your side. This would at least let me know that you received the proper information and was able to confirm it on your side. I have been holding off sending another e-mail - as I assume your mailbox is full - and I don't want to risk duplicates but been anxiously waiting to hear something - even if it is just letting me know that you were able to confirm everything on your side. This is all information that you have to run through anyways on your side, so perhaps a list that is more transparent. A read/only document on GDocs perhaps. All we really need is: Username / Unverified Amount / Verified Amount At a minimum. Username: Deathdefyer2002 E-mail Address initial e-mail sent from: nebuchadnezzarrk@gmail.comAmount in Question: 3.2 BTC

I'm glad to see some people are being paid, but as I have said before - I haven't heard or seen anything yet.
My messages clearly were sent before some peoples. Can you please advise when I shall start seeing payments?
I'm seeing people paid within hours/days of their messages being sent. I feel my account should be fairly easy to investigate. I put 3.2 BTC into BTC-ARBS, Never withdrew a single penny (Attempted to withdraw .5 BTC but about a day later the site went down so I never received anything) and I was before any of the legacy account mess.
May 31 - Email June 3 - PM

If he says it takes too much time, here is my response
-Based on his last few reports, I can gather that he is paying between 5-10 people each time. (Maybe 5 minutes to update a spreadsheet. He is doing the work anyways when he claims to send the tracking) -Unverified Balance /Verified Balance (He has to do this on his own anyways so why not make it public)
