1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hacking KNC Neptune / Jupiter / Titan miners back to life. Why not? on: February 21, 2018, 10:56:51 AM
I own 3 Jupiters, 1 Neptune and also had 1 Titan.  the Titan controller board died so I replaced it with one of my Jupiter's controller board, and recently the Neptune's controller died and again replaced it with one of my other Jupiter controller boards.  All controllers are same.

If you still want pictures let me know and I can take some for you, but they're all going to look exactly the same.

Fantastic!!! I'm so glad that knc did that. Well that really opens things up for me, thanks for sharing. No need for the pics, thanks again.

My god, someone take the damn whistle off this mod. I'm so gob smacked at a mod editing posts. I think they are drunk because it says it was edited but as far as i can tell it was only edited with the addition of their text saying it was edited...I'm so confused, so appalled! I think i might not log in again. I'm actually really creeped out that one person gets to edit peoples posts. Thats so freaking scary, with high amounts of wrong.

Bye all.

May as well edit this post too!!!

I'd like to hear some specific criticisms of the code. To me it looks like an impressive job, although I'd wish for more comments. Now I've mostly studied the init, main, script and a bit of net modules. This is some powerful machinery.
That means a lot coming from you, Hal.  Thanks.

Yeah....thought so!
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]🇨 Crypterium - Digital Cryptobank with Credit Token & Open Platform🇨 on: February 20, 2018, 10:27:43 AM
Don't hold your breath guys/gals. These twits think their jobs are done because they launched a ico. That twit clearly thinks he dosn't need more cashflow to really gain it some traction.

He speaks english whenever you see him however, he does it poorly, very poorly. He should not be the face of a bank, he should not be on stage and i dare say he should not be in charge moving forward! He is trying to float a bank, he is out of his league right now and still his board has not hired a ceo with grit to launch a company with such a big dream.  The proof is right in front of you all.

Show me a bank that when it was first founded it took its major stake holders to a crappy bar in Singapore and gave away 500 of their shares and then proceeded to poorly articulate all of the information they could already find out themselves weeks before this silly event!

The art of good marketing is not rocket science. This bank and its team of twits need to show the world what they should be buying into. Not telling them in broken english what they already know! This twit ignores the fact that it actually matters at this point to people with real money. He fails to articulate any kind of vision.

As i said, don't hold your breath. The proof is all there in front of you. Some, most of you probably just don't want to see it. Don't wory though, one of these stakeholders will probably let it fall on its nose (to me it seems its already speeding to the scene of the crash) and they will buy the asset for nothing and maybe you will get lucky and they will call it crypterium still. Maybe!

My question here is if anyone is actually using their Jupiter right now. Can you show me a picture of its controller board please? Is It really the same as the neptune controller board?

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Selling CasinoCoin @ Fixed price on: February 17, 2018, 11:40:50 AM
In case anyone is wondering, I don't have any coins on exchange. I don't plan on listing any coins on exchanges for some years.
I'm being very clear as not to become part of any rumors!

This thread is a Expression of Interest, one that i am committed to and will honor, as long as you follow the protocol i laid out in my first post, i will respond.
I am a long term supporter of not only the team of Casino-Coin, its community also. As i said, this is just a expression of interest sale!
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: casinocoin on: February 16, 2018, 04:04:41 AM
People who know how to make real money don't wish for the projects to be listed on more exchanges. They buy, they forget they hold, they come back years later and are millionaires.

Patience and allowing money to work for you is somehow a really hard concept for most of this world. Shame really!
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CSC]CasinoCoin ♠ A Digital Currency For The Regulated Online Gaming Sector on: February 15, 2018, 07:16:50 AM
For a long time did not read this topic. I see that things are not very good with this coin. What will the project developers do? Will the work on the project continue?

Welcome back to the announcement thread. Most of the Casino-Coin discussions are held elsewhere these days.

Feel free to check the news on the official site https://casinocoin.org/news

"CasinoCoin Foundation to be a featured partner of the Isle of Man Government at ICE 2018"

Here are the rest of the links which you can also find on the first post of this thread.

Good Luck!

Anyone who has the old CasinoCoin (Wallet version <= 3) you NEED to swap your coins before the deadline or they will be lost.

Less then 3 days to SWAP. SWAP YOUR COINS NOW.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hacking KNC Neptune / Jupiter / Titan miners back to life. Why not? on: February 10, 2018, 01:10:04 AM
Does anyone know where one can still get a controller board and a power supply (that's probably the easier part)?
I have one Titan cube, but the rest is missing.

Only if you lived in Melbourne Australia.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CSC]CasinoCoin ♠ A Digital Currency For The Regulated Online Gaming Sector on: February 04, 2018, 04:24:34 PM
Did anyone else notice what Gretchenh4370 (the person who quoted the main announcement post) just did? It happens quite a lot actually.

It looks to me like they attempted to repost our announcement with a changed classic wallet download file address. I used to catch it a lot on this forum and many others however, it now seems they (bitcointalk) have managed to fix it from happening.

Always be careful using links in other peoples posts. Just as careful as you should be by going to links from emails. Even if they feel legit, its best to navigate to a link yourself and not ever go to a link you haven't checked.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Selling CasinoCoin @ Fixed price on: February 01, 2018, 11:41:26 AM
I'm willing to let someone enter the market at a fixed price, something that is a bit rare right now.

I'll part with 30 million CasinoCoins, I don't really feel like breaking it up however you can still post or pm your offers.

I'm here to sell, i'm not here to waste time. We will organise a escrow when we get to that. This is a EOI sale.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CSC]CasinoCoin ♠ A Digital Currency For The Regulated Online Gaming Sector on: January 26, 2018, 09:34:04 AM
Have i ever told you guys/gals how allergic i and anyone with half a brain is to people forcing a running commentary of price and speculating in a announcement thread of a coin project. It clutters a thread specifically setup to announce things.

Please, i encourage you to stop and act professional, use your brain and find the correct medium to feel heard and satisfy that need in you to continuously push your opinions on price. It is not in a announcement thread, thats for sure.

Thank you for considering what i have said.

3. Upon termination of the coin swap eligibility period on February 14, 2018 at 12:00 GMT, any outstanding non-swapped CSC will become the property of the CasinoCoin Foundation.

4. The CasinoCoin Foundation will not accept any coin swap requests after the coin swap conclusion date of February 14, 2018 at 12:00 GMT.

CasinoCoin OSX wallet has been patched and is now working on all versions of OSX: https://github.com/casinocoin/casinocoin/releases/tag/3.0.0.0

Hi, I wanted to tell you that I was scammed by Cryptopia with CSC for an amount of 50,939...50k  casinocoin coins,

since you are the creator of this coin if you could send that amount to my casinocoin wallet, of course before

I would send you the screenshots you need, always support this currency, and because of the exchange I lost them.

Some say that you do not have to have the coins in the exchanges, but if nobody would have them. nobody would sell them,

nor would I buy, which would not have a quote, thanks to which if we put the coins in the exchanges, they have

a price.

The message I do public and private for more transparency.
Traductor de Google para empresas:Google Translator ToolkitTraductor de sitios web

For this reason the statement - Never leave your coins on exchanges for extended periods of time.
The 51% attack was 6-7 weeks ago, maybe longer - to just now bring this up is a bit shocking
If the new casino team was to replace your's then the would have the same issue with dozens of others of us.

The new team in no way would be at fault for any of us leaving coins on exchanges.
If Cryptopia of another exchange entirely goes down, do you think the various teams for all coins left on the exchange would be replaced ?

just my $ .02

Look your opinion Patriot872  seems that of an idiot or person very little experienced with the trader

a currency so that it has a lot of value should be quoted on many exchanges as bitcoin is the best

example when you buy a coin the profit is in the pumps, you have to already have

the orders of sale in the exchanges, with your criterion nobody would have their currencies in the exchanges

If you decide that it was a 51% attack then casinocoin has some responsibility,

I am appealing to the goodwill of the creators and in dialogue, then we will see how it is resolved.

In life, dialogue is first, if there are no results, judicial demands are made and if there are no results

you use the revolver

In no time the creators of currencies say that you do not have the coins in the exchanges, I repeat

If nobody has the coins in the exchanges, nobody could buy them, you are totally wrong

believing that Bitcoin Valdria usd 8000 if everyone will have their coins in wallets ...
Traductor de Google para empresas:Google Translator ToolkitTraductor de sitios web

Before there were exchanges we used to buy them from each other. We still buy them from each other and always will. Alt coin exchanges, for the most part, are convenient, unregulated, and a very risky place to store coins and forget about them for long periods of time.

It is up to you to learn these things, and sometimes learning them the hard way like you seem to have done this time. There is no insurance, no visa holding your hand through this. It is a unregulated space and you must take responsibility for the outcomes of your actions.

The point is not to leave them on the exchange if you don't want to risk them disappearing. That is your responsibility, not the communities or community developers. They maintain that the code governing double spending is secure, and we (by using it) maintain that we agree they have done a good job with that! OUR RESPONSIBILITY.

You cannot trust what the exchange said about these coins because you have no evidence of what they are saying happened on their exchange which i repeat, its THEIR exchange=their responsibility. All you can do is look at the blockchain.

Cryptopia are basically saying the litecoin and bitcoin code in csc failed. Which is ridiculous., you can quite clearly see that the network did its job within acceptable time frames. There was a 51% attempt at a attack and the network squashed it! That is why crypto currencies for the most part, exist. they allow you to see the entire blockchain and they also have rules so people cannot double spend, ON THE BLOCKCHAIN.
I really encourage you to consider your logic here.

It cant hurt to ask the devs for them to take money from their own pocket to pay you coins that you, yourself left on a 3rd party exchange and they went missing. I personally, totally disagree with your logic and to be honest i don't think its very good logic in the slightest. I don't remember anywhere in the world having a law that says the developers of this project or its community are responsible if someone takes coins from a website. Nor have i ever head of a contract that you had with them that says as much.

I feel like you are making this up in your head as you go and i really encourage you to check that logic. To me, its not very sound at all, its unfair and unjust. I feel like you are angry and or just frustrated and you are shooting at everyone because you just don't know how to resolve this in a sensible manner. I suggest you and the others get a lawer or put together a group to get a few lawers in a class action! Reach out to people here instead of abusing them. You are not the only one effected by this one exchange.

Furthermore, I don't ever remember bitcoin developers paying people who lost money at mt gox. Do you? No, because people lawyered up and went after the owner of the exchange. Because its the only sensible way to gain back what they lost.

What software are you using for the node? Not seeing anything obvious in the log...

Thanks for your reply Luke-Jr, please don't yell at me. I've tried litecoins current daemon and it straight up just wont connect however that debug log is from me trying to use it on casinocoin https://github.com/casinocoin/casinocoin

Please don't yell at me, i know you dont enable altcoins via helping people with them however, i'm a miner above all else. I still mine bitcoin like the rest of you, i also just happen to be needing help with my scrypt miners.

I'm really just trying to find a elegant solution to solo mine using a antminer l3+ which as will only seem to talk in stratum proto and i cant for the life of me find a solutiuon which is not making a pool or using a nix box or windows box to run a pool engine.

Please can you help me, i will donate of course.

Ideally i need a reverse of what slush made for getwork>stratum or, of course, your miner to work as a proxy but currently i cannot get that to function given the

Code:

Hello luke, good job as always, however, this time, unfortunately i've encountered a issue you seem to have sorted for someone in the past. Today i downloaded your current release windows 64b binary 5.4.2 and am trying to solo mine but i'm getting this response

Offer the controller board for sale on Ebay or something. With my Lightfoot code it can run Titans.

(Just a data point: I think I got one donation for writing/promoting that code. Fixed a lot of people who had Pi's blow up, just noted)

Did you only get a donation from me? Damn, that makes me sick!

I tossed him a titan controller. a split between me and longsnowsm...but yeah, hardly worth the effort..if just us....and you.

Did you get a l3+ 462m is the magic spot, fyi.

Wrong. 475 is magic number on their newest release. Smiley

Scrap'

Wrong? no, how can it be wrong!? newest release of what? Lets call it 462m is A magic spot.

I fully disagree, I have at least 1 L3 from every release they have done and all run fully stable at 475, some higher. You say 462, so be it, but the sweet spot is 475.

Scrap'

Disagree with what? "Lets call it 462m is A magic spot."

Really this isn't the thread but im curious how many hw errors are you getting in 24 hours abouts with that setting? @462 i get about 100+ im betting 475 you're getting thousands if not tens of thousands. Im willing to eat my hat though.
