the amount of work in building the bounty platform that i visited makes me think this is a pretty professional.
People don't realize how much time and effort goes into creating and handling bounty campaigns, they think anyone can do it and then cause problems for themselves and don't employ trusted bounty managers to handle their business. Thanks for the message! We agree that a lot of work goes into building one of these campaigns and to manage successfully! That said - they think anyone can do it and then cause problems for themselves and don't employ trusted bounty managers to handle their business. We hope that you're not suggesting that companies should out-source their campaigns and use spreadsheets to manage their Bounty Campaigns as we view that as fundamentally backwards. e.g. We're all in this space because we view the future being de-centralized, transparent and leveraging technology, but here we have black box calculations being done in spreadsheets by 3rd parties. Something doesn't add up here! |

Its like, getting you salary/wage in crypto, preferably stable coin and in real time.
Like once you finish your day at work(clock-out) you have immediate access to part of your salary/wage that you earned that day.
But can it be any coin or does it have to be your coin? While we'll first focus on a stable-coin, our base payment protocol will be flexible so in theory any ERC20 currency could be used. So the objective is to have a daily payout instead of monthly or bi-monthly? There is also an advantage of having less paydays as it forces the receiver to manage the financials properly. If people tend to spend their money fast it might even be harder for them to save daily payouts if a big payment needs to be done for anything important.
It all just comes down to budget management.People will adapt to it pretty fast.I had to switch from monthly to weekly and vice versa and it is not painful. We agree, Thanks for following our project! |

awesome idea but its gonna take a loooong time to get used in real life. People still don't buy their groceries in bitcoin, pay their rent in bitcoin, pay their mortgages in bitcoin, and so on. As soon as cryptos are used more instead of bought to make money, this project will be on the first row. This is not a question of if, it's a question of when

WorkChain.io is an interesting project! The project mentions the payment problem of the day, it is very meaningful in the real world. In my opinion, what should the project do to have a large number of partners and from there, gradually the project will become more popular?

Will our employer have to be partner with Workchain for us as an individual to be able to get payment via Workchain?
We're building things in such a way so that individuals can access / gain benefits from WorkChain.io even if their employers aren't there! It's much simpler of course if the Employer is directly a participant on the protocol, but through partners/integrations we're confident we'll also be able to go employee-first/only |

The concept is very appealing - especially that they provide payment every month at the same time so you don't have to worry about some payments you make on a monthly basis.

You could make quizzes on Telegram with questions about the project and then reward participants.It engages community in a fun way.
Nice idea, We have some things like this planned as well! Do you have some examples of things you've see in other campaigns that you enjoyed/worked well? I have a friend that makes interactive quizzes with smart players.I'll show him the project and suggest to him to make you an interactive quiz for fun  Great, thanks! |

Any chance to allow newbie rank to join signature campaign?
I sure hope not,newbie rank siganature is barely visible,noone would benefit from that. Like a 'Participation Ribbon'  -- We didn't plan one for that reason... That said, we'll keep it in mind, and recommend checking out the bounty / points overview that we've put together as there are tons of ways to gain points during the bounty that are not dependent on your btctalk status.
