Here my experience with MtGox:

Money sended  on 03.06 Friday, accounted on Tuesday.  Money sended last Wednesday and accounted today !
A quesion Email answered in a couple of hours by Anton, team MtGox. so for me, is perfect. Origin account is in Germany.
I hope this bank in France leave the account of MtGox open... !
