Anyone had any luck getting a refund or ahold of these guys? This is ridiculous, totally should've pulled a maviator when I had the chance.
Within 24 hours after opening the PayPal claim it was set to resolved, and I will get my money refunded within 7 days. |

If you paid with PayPal you'll have to open a dispute as their funds seem to have been frozen. If you paid with BTC, well... People who ordered on 01/09 receiving their tracking prior to ones who ordered on 01/08 also makes little sense. |

Jenny is awesome ! 1-8-14 orders will ship out today there time apparently tracking will be available in 24 hours.
now is 2014-01-17 13:53,you will receive a ship number at about 2014-01-18 14:00
I have asked about the status of my 8/1 order yesterday, and was told it might still be in HK for some days. Email contact when very smooth until I asked for a refund (PayPal). Yet to hear back. I'd be fine if I can be sure I get the miner within a few days, but I'm a bit fed up with the false promises / lack of communication. Yesterday evening I was told they can refund PayPal users, but that they're short on Bitcoins. Today I'm being told no refund is possible and that I have to open a dispute with PayPal, as "their money is unavailable". |

What boggles my mind is the guy here that says "he doesn't do Skype"
Sorry buddy but your dealing with an international company, people are telling you they reply over skype with no issue, but you don't do skype. If you were so worried about your $2k or 2 btc you'd download the friggin software.
I don't get people.
Anyway I hope more people cancel so I get my unit faster. And if you think there is no ROI on these units, even better. Get your refund now.
I don't skype I was successful in contacting them via Email. You just have to know what time to do it. I also jumped on paypal so getting money back is not an issue. They had no problem giving back refunds. The thing that got me though is If it shipped why would they be so willing to give back refunds? That's what don't make sense. If the item is in rout getting a refund is hard unless you plan on returning the item. I have just asked them same question and was told I could get a refund before the package has left HK (which to me makes no sense either). |

Just got email replay it seems like customs are questioning there shipments not sure of the 1/7 orders are affected but they did say that the 1/8 ones may be checked and delayed. I believe it has something to do with the declaration. The price they wrote is making customs wonder why it was declared so cheap for computers. 1/7 is already in Hong Kong but they are not clear if it will leave in 2 days or get delivered in 2 days. I will update as I get more info.
I got a message saying the same thing, but my order is 1/10 (I did order 1/9), I find this pretty suspect. Does anyone have the new skype? I'm really itching for a refund at this rate and they're not being responsive when I do ask for one. I ordered / paid on the 8th and didn't receive any email about this. |

I Ordered one at 8.1. and one at 9.1. Today I contact them over skype if they send miners and here is answer: "2 miners have been shipped to HK." They refund me in 3 minute  I don't get it. Did they ship your two ordered miners, or did they refund them? |

Bhosted.net ordered 2 units on 1/8. I just was chatting with "Jenny" on Skype she said "I am so sorry This order has not yet updated information." am went on to say "In China, Chinese New Year will begin on January 24. The worst situation is orders can not be shipped before January 24 will be canceled."
I already have two of these units running. Ordered them on the 1/6 and received them on 1/13. I love them and would love to have the next two.
Teh fuck? They were promised to get shipped out either today or tomorrow (see front page). |

Got my tracking for my orders. The machines is waiting for pickuping in Hongkong.
They worked hard. Lunar new year comes soon and Chinese people has many things to do.
Please take them 2-3 hours a day for sleeping. They ll deliver product as they gave the deadline.
If not, they ll do a refund. So dont worry so much.

You sure you added a public note to these transactions? The output (advanced mode) doesn't show any hex for that.
