Nice API! I just tried to do a minimal Telegram bot that allows any user to use ShapeShift with just one text message!

If you want to try it, you can find on Telegram with the @shapeshift_bot nickname, or through this link.

This bot has a few commands, and I'll add more soon:

• /help I'm here to help you!
• /shapeshift <currency1> <currency2> <deposit address> replies with a crypto-coin address. send <currency1> there and you'll get <currency2> on <deposit address>.
• /status <deposit address> checks the status of your transaction.
• /coins lists all available coins on ShapeShift.io.
• /market <currency1> <currency2> shows the details of a currency pair.

And if you don't use Telegram, you should definitely have a look at it.. Much much better than WhatsApp or other chat&message apps.

un problema che ci potrebbe essere con stampa 3d & bitcoin è che i QR, tanto usati con cose bitcoin-related, non sono così semplici da stampare... servirebbe una stampante che prenda due filamenti di plastica di due colori diversi, no?

Telegram is famous: https://telegram.org/ - it claims 50 million of active users monthly and it's much better than whatsapp or other messaging apps.



You don't have to install it. If you want to use this bot, you can just chat through telegram with the account called "@TheRockBot", just search for it on telegram. It will reply to the commands listed in the first post in this thread.

If you want to install it on your server and use it privately, just read the Readme that is in the leonjza/hogar repo that I linked before and install it anywhere, then add my plugins for Bitcoin data. The whole code is on github, you can check it by yourself instead of talking about viruses and virustotal which is totally useless for this thing.

Do you know what Telegram and Telegram Bots are? Because I think that you are trolling or you don't know what you're talking about here.

There is no website, the first link is the right one: telegram.me/TheRockBot. This link redirects you to your telegram client and you can start to use the bot, through Telegram.

HAHA. The bot is not something that you have to download. You use it through the official Telegram Apps, you can't get a virus from something that basically just replies with some text to certain commands in a chat.
