Looking at other problem messages, I see that you may be having problems with domains ending in .com.br for 2FA. I can create another account with other mail, but can you at least withdraw the value in my current account for user mjayme?

I tried yesterday, today and just now, and I cant receive 2FA validation mail, what is blocking me from getting access to my FaucetHub.io account (login mjayme). Looked at spam folders and tried many times. Is there anything blocking my access, like my account is frozen?
