Sorry, but I had to dig this up again. I noticed that the dev completely removed this gem from the OP. The dev was originally actually claiming that Dredits would be valued at 1500-2000 satoshis. A couple weeks after launch and Credits are trading on AllCoin for 25 satoshis, LOL! Christ, that is like a bit more than 1% of the dev's 'estimate.' I guess that there are some who have what you can call 'unrealistic expectations,' while others are just flat out delusional. Have faith. |

PLEASE HELP:
12 connections and my wallet is not still sync after nonstop RUNNING. I am still like 3k block behind!! Do anyone know what can i do or what is wrong? I have all adnodes what are avaible. My theory is if mining or syncing another BTC wallet and others can possibly slow down it, but i doubt, cause other wallets are nonstop running and they are ok.

Credits seems best annouced alts so far, I hope this one has bright future. So, how can "simple" user (read: noob) help? I've got poor mining capability ('bout 500 Cr so far) and crappy geografical position for serious marketing...
The best thing you can do is just have faith in this currency. It would go a long way if people just stuck with it. If you have any questions at all, just post here or contact me or dnaanders, and on the IRC, we're almost always there except for sleeping and such. If you have a little extra cash to spend and you are looking to get more Creds, there are miners available for rent on eBay. Alternatively, if you want to use bitcoins, there are sites like http://www.betarigs.com/ that can accomplish that. |

. Are you using the new client? Download it from the OP. is there a faucet already? if not i can make one but would anyone be interested in it and also, i am only mining at about 100kh/s. so can't fund the faucet for long.
Yes, if you could make the faucet, I, and a few other Im sure, are willing to donate into it. I had made one but I'm not sure that it works |

Bumping to get this more exposure, I'll also throw in what I can to this. Egoista - you want ¤20k to set up a DO droplet with that code running? If not, what do you want ¤20k for? Explain what you want to get paid for. If that is investing and not donations, what would investors get? I am willing to part with ¤20k if I like the idea or outcome. I don't want ¤20k, I'm offering ¤20k for anyone who can set it up, I will provide the droplet. |

Linux wallet where? I think I have some issues due to the fork but no way to update.
I tried deleting and redownloading the blockchain but it still hangs.
Your best best is compiling it yourself on whatever system it's pretty easy. Skip this step if you already have the dependencies: sudo apt-get install build-essential libboost-all-dev libcurl4-openssl-dev libdb5.1-dev libdb5.1++-dev qtcreator And make sure you have git: Then git 'er: cd ~
git clone git://github.com/usecredits/Credits.git Open the credit-qt.pro file in the "Credits" folder that was just downloaded to that directory.. Build and run. That's about it! Ill make an executable if it will be easier. |

when do we see this coin taking off on a major exchange?
the coin will grow but needs to develop.... to fund this development mine of devs pools so they can increase their development funds... once the coin has more development than other coins... miners will come. Also could do with getting some news on some of the small crypto news sites around. Seems effort went in and was a fair launch so i like it a lot more than most coins launched this wave. I tried contacting several blogs but only one was kind enough to reply. |

good work.... come on is everyone on the dev pool now? we need to pump their dev pot up so we can see more development .... yes already this coin is MILES ahead of most coins of this age in terms of development but if you want to see a lot more then let's get filling the dev pot up a bit more.
If you are mining on a pool that is not official or is not donating to the official dev pot you are holding back development. I am 100% in favour of devs having money to develop the coin especially if it is done gradually over time like this so they just can't dump a ton on the market it actually costs the miners nothing more than mining on any other pool.
Credits one of my fav new coins so far in terms of effort and also fairness actually so far. Let's hope it continues. We can build a good community here with such an active developer who is listening to miners and the rest of the community.
A problem might be that they have four dev pools when it really isn't necessary to have more than one. I'm currently mining at verleta(as zeitrams), but we rarely find a block. I wish dredd and verleta would be merged and batman and deusex would be purged. Hi, Yeah, with our pool, (Verleta), we rarely find a block, but when we do we're rewarded much more than pools. If we can get more hashrate (especially before midnight tonight) we can find blocks more often and be rewarded much, much more. If you have any other suggestions for our pool, let me know. |
