Hello, does sgminer Lyra2RE run on Windows x64?
Because Im not able to run it on Wx64..
These are my settings:
./sgminer -k Lyra2RE -u Contra.1 -p 1 -o
stratum+tcp://stratum-eu1.hashlink.eu:10031 -w 256 -I 13 -g 2
--thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-engine 1000 --gpu-memclock 1500 --auto-gpu

This conf with official Vertcoin sgminer is working fine: https://github.com/metalicjames/sgminer-Lyra2RE/releases/download/5.0.0-Lyra2RE-RC1/sgminer-v5-Lyra2RE-RC1-WIN32.zipI thing that the problem is somewhere else because when i run the file launch.bat, the window opens only for a short moment and it closes immediately. As if there is a problem in basic settings or incompatibility (Wx64, GPU drivers..). |

Please help, is a new vertcoin miner working with w7 64bit? I cannot configure it to work, tried at least 20 combinations, different configuration from this forum, none of them are working... I'm using: sgminer-v5-Lyra2RE-RC1-WIN32 with this in my bat file: setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 sgminer.exe -a lyra2 -o stratum+tcp://pool.verters.com:3333 -u xxx.xxx -p x also tried: setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 sgminer.exe --kernel Lyra2RE -o stratum+tcp://pool.verters.com:4444 -u hjurcic.2 -p GSMGSM69 nothing works. When I start my bat file manually from cmd, it says all devices are disabled... Can anyone help? Everything worked fine until change to Lyra2RE. Also, I'm using Ati ASUS R9 280x please someone help with configuring so it works  Can you screen cap your sgminer window so I can see the exact messages? I have the same problem (W7x64, R9 280X-Catalyst 13.250..) |

Time Since Last Block - 2 hours 41 minutes?
Wondering at the current price are you mining with a profit or not? As i believe to have a break even you need at least 6 sats, no? Mining is not profitable for me at the moment, but I believe that the price of CTZ will increase Honestly, as owner of the coin i was expecting a price around $100,000 now we have a price of $17,000 (fully mine that is of course). So i'm pretty disappointed at this stage... In fact also the amount that people are donating for charity or for development are a huge disappointment. The problem is that everybody is asking money to do something. With only 10M pre-mine coins we only have 0.30BTC, and believe me , with this you cannot do anything. You can not give bounties to the people as they will say, wait you give me a bounty of 0.01BTC, are you crazy, etc... So at the moment we are also a little stuck, it is either the community that needs to offer stuff for free or we have to start paying our own BTCs to get it moving faster. We are currently busy with the website, but that will not really gain us people that want to invest or mine at us... Trying to find some big investors that believe in the concept of the coin, so that they can do the necessary investment. Better put some buy wall support, no? Yes, that's exactly what I've done |
