Rules of the first airdrop are quite simple:
✅From now until 15th of July, we're running the referral airdrop campaign for our PrePreICO ( ICO coming in Q4 - or not coming at all - then the ICO tokens will be burnt ).
✅Every participant gets 500 $ADM tokens for registering and 100 $ADM points for every referral.
✅On the 15th of June all submissions will be revieved and the Airdrop pool will be divided proportionally between TOP1000 participants ( all tokens that were left will be divided between participants).
✅At this point we don not know how many airdrops there will be ( minimum of 3). All unspent $ADM will be either burned or divided equally between all airdrop participants ( for example if there were 3 airdrops, the 4th airdrop pool will be divided between airdrop #1, #2 and #3 participants)
✅ Planned ICO price 1ETH = 10000ADM, hence AIRDROP POOL = 100ETH
✅ TOTAL POOL OF $ADM is 100mln - from which 50mln goes to AIRDROP and BONUTY PROGRAMS

Yes there is a way to do that. It is done by scripts and a smart contract, script feeds the address list to smart contract in bulk packages, and smart contract sends them with the standard send command (looped).
The avarage cost of airdropping tokens is 0.1ETH per 1000 addresses ( I'm talking about gas cost only ). So for your examplary 5000 addresses, you'dpay 0.5ETH gas fee.

That's not quite true. Even with 10$ - you'll pay for the transfer ~5-10 cents. But this is for the time being. YOu have no idea where each token will be in the next year or two. It might be total garbage, but it might be the next ICX or EOS |
