One more thing, If some one read this post, it's mean he play dice. If he is a newbie, then he play with a experience trick and have a guy with fully support is better than pick up a chance and multiply bet, right? ) Or he can find out how risk it is by his own.

In my opinion, BTC still number 1 just  because BTC was the first cryptocurrcency based on Blockchain technology so people have a big faith on it, and another reason: the onlyway to buy low ranked currency is to use btc, in another way: to make profit from some low ranked coin, you must have btc.

I think newbie should learn technical analysis. If you want to be a day trader, you should learn it carefully, but if you want to be a investor, you should learn normally enough to know where are support zones, resistance zones to make your best buy/sell order.
Then you shoul learn how to research and how to evaluate a coin to make your best choice!
