About DHT database in Dapp
In the near future (summer 2019) will be made support for the DHT database. What is it?
This is a key-value database with distributed storage.
1) Writing to such a database is carried out through:
- Smart contracts (i.e. via blockchain). This mode is needed to assign access rights to change information (set the public key of the owner).
- Using the HTML client part of DApp (bypassing the blockchain)
2) Reading is only possible via the HTML client part of the DApp, pass the blockchain. This is done because the DHT database will have the probabilistic nature of storing data. It will not be stored on every node, so when reading, if the required data is not available, they will be requested in the network. Which takes some time. On the HTML client side, such delays can be tolerated, but when processing on the server side (i.e. smart contract) at a rate of 1000 tps, such delays are not possible.

Go to Setting- Default Transaction Fee, you will find it as shown in the pic below:  Thank you very much,find it. But I suggest change this Setting to the fee box for easy changing it. |

Every forum without moderation will turn into a spamfest. By the way,the OP's post kinda looks like advertising of this Tera platform,which breaks the rules of this sub-forum. Nowadays,everything "decentralized" in the crypto world sounds cool,but the people don't realize that there are some hidden disadvantages.What's the point of a decentralized forum,when we could just create a Telegram group. Telegram can ban you,group can be dissolved any time by owner,nothing will be kept. This is not happening on D-forum,and the discussed topics will be stored forever.And the spam will not get attention for the long term,users will discard them. Not for ad,just did not find any user friendly d-forum platform before Tera. |
