DOMINIUM: DIGITALISING THE PROPERTY WORLD
Dominium is a multi-lingual property platform that uses blockchain technology to the benefit of property developers, financiers, owners, investors and managers by providing a single, decentralised, regulated marketplace for all property related activities.
Dominium will use an Ardor childchain to provide the blockchain technology. Ardor evolved from the time-tested Nxt blockchain and has the required features that a property related platform requires, such as controlled assets (whereby trading is only possible for approved accounts, which is essential for regulatory compliance), singleton assets (which is ideal for property sales and rentals) and the ability to charge using the childchain’s token only (no gas, ether, BTC or anything else required, which in turn simplifies the platform for the end user).
Dominium will provide standardised legal templates for property funds, bonds and other types of financing, enabling companies to fundraise with minimal set up costs and investors to invest from as little as €1.
Dominium will also obtain the required licenses to both structure and market property financing in as many jurisdictions as possible. This enables property companies to market their investment products internationally and, as Dominium will be available in all languages, their registered users can invest in any product they desire.
Thus the childchain decentralises the trade of assets and places regulatory documents, rental agreements, property management tasks and more on the blockchain, which creates total transparency and removes the need for expensive lawyers, estate agents, notaries, etc.
The platform is being developed by property professionals with nearly two centuries of experience and hundreds of millions of euros of property under management. Dominium has been designed to streamline, regulate and standardise the global property market whilst adding much needed transparency to a multi-trillion euro industry.
APPLICATION EXAMPLES - Property assets can be traded easily with low transaction fees, on a global level.
- The Dominium platform standardises regulatory documentation, making it simple and affordable to launch a legally compliant property fund in virtually all jurisdictions.
- Property details and history become transparent so that prospective renters and buyers are fully aware of any past events (good & bad).
- Developers can list their property for sale whilst communicating with project builders, investors and financiers.
- Purchase and rental agreements can be signed via the platform and recorded on the blockchain.
- Investors can purchase legally compliant property assets, with low transaction fees, quick purchase periods, low entry points, immediate exit strategies through instant liquidity - and the security of the blockchain record.

DOM TOKENSTransaction fees on the platform will be charged in Euros, but can only be paid in DOM Tokens. BUY BACK PROGRAMThe money raised through the pre-ICO and ICO will mainly be used to buy property portfolios in Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Part of the rental income will be used to buy back DOM tokens, so there will be a steady demand for the DOM token and the price will be stable.
TOKEN BURN PROGRAMThe DOM tokens collected from the transactions fees on Dominium will not be recirculated and will be burned. The DOM tokens purchased through the Buy-Back Program will also be burned, thus guaranteeing a diminishing supply of DOM.
