I would much rather consider it as bitcoin's son, following on it's father's footstep, i.e., bitcoin's footstep and is on it's way to greatness and moon really soon.Smiley

But for a beginner altcoins, we could not rely on it surely, unlike Bitcoins which are already stable and known in the market eventhough its price and value is not that stabilized. And still, it is one of the leading coin in the market cap.

Personally, I am a HODLER myself and I invest for long term profits which is why I feel that many of the coins that I purchased recently are highly undervalued at the moment and will skyrocket once the entire market starts to rally in the near future.
