1  Economy / Gambling / Re: High Risk In Gambling on: Today at 07:41:04 AM
Both gambling and trading are equally risky op and neither is safer than the other regardless of the fact that trading does involve the skill factor. Stuff like sports betting and poker are less risky when compared to these due to a higher dependence on the skill factor.

Whatever it is, you need luck to side with you everywhere basically. Invest only what you are willing to lose people.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: August 05, 2025, 06:58:44 PM
BTW, I don't agree with the second part. There is no spike in interest within the United States. The team is entirely comprised of expats and it is the expats who follow the game. And the USACA has no interest in spreading the game to the locals.
I know that the Americans themselves aren't really interested in cricket yet, but I was referring to the surge in interest in the US(Expats themselves). They are paying to watch matches implying that they are helping the sport grow there bit by bit.

Rome wasn't built in a day implying that there might be a proper surge in American interest in the sport before the Olympics commences. Cricket doesn't really need their support btw.

Guys only few days left for the start of 🟢⚽ CHAMPIONSHIP Rainbet Prediction Pool ⚽🟢!
Thanks to Rainbet we have secured over 0.02 BTC main reward, plus we have additional reward from joined participation fee, and each round we have FREE bets!
Dont wait last minute and make sure to join on time, you wont regret it.
Wish there were more cricket pools like this one. Am a football man myself, but I am not good enough to participate in these contests despite the prize being juicy for such a low entry fee. Good stuff team.

Another influencer hits it big in Plinko:

What even is the point of these influencer wins when they play with casino money? Pointless temptations basically.

Damn! The English media and the Australian media are all over the England team at the moment which was expected since they couldn't manage to defeat a relatively new Indian team without some experienced superstars.

Bazball is overrated as hell and England really needs to rethink their strategy if they want to win the upcoming Ashes against the Aussies.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The significance of capped-supply of Bitcoin in the modern-day inflation on: August 05, 2025, 12:14:59 PM
BTC isn't going to magically replace FIAT due to the scarcity reason or any other reason for that matter op. All of these advantages will simply help it serve as a great alternative to FIAT currencies period.

Personally, this is all that I wanted from BTC and other popular cryptocurrencies and it's great to see those pros help them become more and more useful over time.

-Big boost for gill as batter and young captain, I bet he aged few years during this series.
Gill was just an average captain and a phenomenal batsman in this series. The dude should stick to captaining the T20 team if you ask me.

-Washi should be set in this team, his fireworks in the end turned out to be crucial.
Him and Axar are epic new gen all rounders for India and both deserve plenty of opportunities across all formats of the game for sure.

Need extra care of Bumrah and should be use only in important and marquee tests, plus ICC tournament and virtually no white ball bilateral.
So true. This dude would have probably finished day 5 within a couple of overs if he had played. He would have been proud of how Siraj performed with the ball throughout the series.
7  Economy / Gambling / Re: It’s Just business control your emotions on: August 04, 2025, 03:54:39 PM
This is all common knowledge op. Success stories like that one are pretty rare in the world of gambling since the house almost always wins barring the short term where these sort of examples hold weight.

Invest only what you are willing to lose has been one of the cardinal rules of gambling since the old days. Smart people follow it properly while the dumb ones don't and end up regretting it later on.

Amazing Summerslam event followed by an amazing end to this particular test match and series. What a time to be a sports fan. Watching Siraj and Krishna do their thing was a pleasure to watch.

Also, salute to Woakes who walked out there and played like a gigachad despite pretty much being handicapped. India should be really proud of themselves for drawing this series with such a relatively new lineup on England turf.

Acknowledging responses is something we see as almost essential. We’ll be taking it further by giving the forum more focus and building strong relationships here with people. We aim to grow a large community and will make sure to look after our members and players.
It's good to see you responding to so many posts in such a precise and concise manner, but actions speak louder than words which is why it remains to be seen if whatever you stated hold value or not.

Y'all are definitely on the right path as of now and I hope y'all stick to it without messing up again and again going forward. All the best team.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: August 03, 2025, 08:28:53 PM
I blame the fielding more than the bowlers for India being in this mess since the pitch was a batting track and didn't really offer much to the bowlers and they made the best of it. Krishna deserved more wickets.

I feel that this is England's game to lose now and there is a decent chance considering the fact that Smith is out of form while the bowlers aren't good batsmen. Let's see if there is another twist in store on the final day.
11  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: August 03, 2025, 02:54:45 PM
Interesting. I didn't expect Cloudbet to make this sort of comeback within this forum due to their long absence. I checked it out recently and it definitely felt kinda different with some decent odds here and there.

They are way too KYC happy though recently which is something to keep in mind if privacy is a concern. Wonder which other old sites will make a comeback in a similar manner later on.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: August 03, 2025, 02:37:57 PM
Siraj's fumble on boundary line turning out to be expensive and Brook is punishing them for that.
Expensive is an understatement here. The dude dropped the match and series most probably with such a silly blunder. I loved his bowling and passion throughout the series, but hate these costly blunders of his.

Brook got lucky and reached his century just like Jaiswal earlier, but Root didn't need much luck to guide him most likely to yet another 100. Tough to believe that this 10 man team is whooping India. Missing Bumrah!
13  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetInAsia: Bets determined early won't be settled before the end of the match on: August 03, 2025, 12:01:25 PM
I have faced this issue with Betinasia myself which is annoying to say the least, but it's worth it considering their epic odds on so many markets. However, they keep requesting KYC again and again randomly which is a big issue with them.

How many accusations against said casino are legit though?
Just one legit accusation is enough to screw their reputation and there is one horrible one where they stole the user's deposit in a scammy manner. They aren't trustworthy or reliable in my opinion either.

Wow! Indian really screwed England big-time who deserve this because of their atrocious fielding and plenty of extras by their bowlers. They could have easily restricted India below 350 if they didn't have these issues.

India had a golden opportunity to bat out England completely out of game but they missed the trick by losing gill and Nair cheaply, don't forget England are 1 bowler short. India still have chance if last 3 remaining batters ( Jaiswal , jaddu, washi ) dig it out.

Edit : i forgot Jurel so yup good position to be in.
I feel they already batted them out once they crossed the 350+ lead barrier. Sundar and Akash really impressed me with their bazball performances.

According to ESPN Cricinfo, the ICC has approved a "continental qualification system" for the cricket tournament in Los Angeles Olympics of 2028. The top teams from each of the 5 continents would qualify, along with winner from a qualifier tournament for the remaining teams. Hopefully for the 2032 Brisbane Olympics, there will be greater number of teams (hopefully 12 for each gender), and then there will be a proper qualifying tournament for all the ICC member teams.

Baby steps! Am just satisfied that Cricket is included again oddly after such a long time despite being so freaking popular globally when even sports like skateboarding were included long back.

With the spike in US interest in cricket, I am even more excited to see how it all plays out in 2028 which is a long, long time away.
19  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcointalk's Contest Hub: Your Compass to Navigate through All Active Contests on: August 02, 2025, 12:54:48 PM
If possible maybe we should use this thread to have a list of active user on participating contest here and sent direct invite via PM. This way I believe we will surely not gonna miss out active contest.
This is such a bad idea. It takes literally a couple of minutes to check the first page of the games and rounds section thoroughly which I personally do on a regular basis in order to find contests that I am interested in.

However, I also believe this thread will help people tracking the contest in the future.
Yeah. Bumping this thread from time to time is enough to attract the attention of gamblers on a regular basis.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: August 02, 2025, 10:43:08 AM
Looks like the pitch is aiding the batsmen since Akashdeep is actually trolling the English bowlers now which itself says a lot. Jaiswal should reach his century as long as the opponents keep gifting him life after life.

If India scores above 350 on this track, they would hold the advantage. If not, advantage England. This is the most crucial day of this test and series. Excited!
