2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin making the world go crazy? on: July 29, 2018, 05:37:33 PM
Bitcoin is making world crazy because its value is very much higher than any other altcoins and has has grown quickly. Bitcoin is volatile so traders can easily take advantages by trading. Currently, its value has fallen and lied below $10,000 while once it reached upto 20,000$. Though the value is fallen, we can say currently, bitcoin is more stable than when it rose to 20,000$

It is a rumour and not true that Samsung had entered a partnership with obscure Lithuanian blockchain startup, CopPay, that would make it possible for customers of the electronics giant in three Baltic states to pay for in-store purchases with cryptocurrency. The supposed partnership was announced through a post on CopPay’s Medium blog, which has since been deleted. For more information

5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Making a ton of money with short bitcoin futures? on: July 27, 2018, 03:44:52 PM
Not a good idea going short on bitcoin futures if price suddenly increases. No one knows when price decrease or increase. So, it is hard to go short on bitcoin futures. It is safe not to go short unless you want to loose your hard earned money or bitcoins.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin in Southeast Asia be legal? on: July 27, 2018, 03:35:16 PM
It is not legal in my country since it is under developed country. My country is Nepal. Also, it is illegal to invest in foreign currency for individual except for the companies which require to do transaction in foreign currency and this also hinders the investment in bitcoin since it is quoted in dollars. In my opinion, some of the countries may legalize bitcoin in Southeast Asia and some will not. Only, time will tell about it.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HODL vs Day trading on: July 26, 2018, 03:07:08 PM
Day trading is only for experts who are experienced in live trading. For new investor, it is better to hold rather than to trade. After some time gaining enough experience regarding trading, the investor can trade. Holding is done in the assumption you will have more value at the end of certain period (years) than at the time of purchasing of cryptocurrency after adjusting interest ( positive net present value). One can also do partial holding and partial trading considering the risks of trading.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WIll bitcoin be the point of reference for other cryptocurrencies for ever? on: July 26, 2018, 02:56:31 PM
For now and past, bitcoin is the point of reference for other crptyocurrencies. All other altcoins emerged by seeing existence of bitcoins. In future, no one knows whether bitcoin can be reference for other cryptocurrencies as new technology is developing day by day in this world of technology. Altcoins may be based on different improved technology. Whichever, cryptocurrnecy be reference point in future, bitcoin will be always remembered for being first cryptocurrency and bringing evolution in world of cryptocurrency.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India closes doors for Crypto Currency on: July 23, 2018, 05:28:14 PM
The final hearing will be September 11,2018 by Supreme Court which decides whether India closes door for crypto currency. However, we have been also hearing the news about Indian Government will form policy to legalize crypto currency before the hearing. We have to wait up to September 11 to know what future crypto currency holds in India.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin isn't a legit currency. on: July 23, 2018, 05:16:59 PM
Since, government cannot control bitcoin so it is not legit currency and why government cannot control is because it is decentralized currency. Government always want to control currency so that they can control the flow of money during periods like inflation, recession and so on which is not possible through bitcoin. So, bitcoin is not legit currency.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: July 22, 2018, 07:58:23 AM
No one knows who he is. I think its a fake name given for the inventer of bitcoin. Bitcoin may be invented by a group of people working together and in order to protect their privacy, they named bitcoin was invented by Satoshi Nakomoto, who does not exist at all.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Ban In India on: July 21, 2018, 05:27:27 PM
India’s Supreme Court has upheld the central bank’s directive of prohibiting banks from offering services to the domestic cryptocurrency sector in July 20,2018. India’s Supreme Court sets September 11 date for final cryptocurrency petition hearing .Howerver, it is rumored an inter-governmental committee of multiple ministries tasked to form a framework for the cryptocurrency sector isn’t considering any outright ban of cryptocurrency trading. Instead, authorities could enforce new regulatory norms that are likely to classify cryptocurrencies as commodities.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should stay off from market prediction on: July 17, 2018, 03:29:23 PM
It is true that we should stay off from market prediction because no one knows how market reacts, whether prices goes up or down and we should ignore the rumors regarding market prediction. But at the same time trading is impossible without predictions and speculations. Therefore, prediction and speculation depends on risk which investor is taking. A highly speculative investor would predict how market behaves and does trading accordingly and passive investor just purchase the crpto and leave it for capital appreciation.
14  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will you sell Bitcoins ? on: July 12, 2018, 03:58:30 AM
Selling should be done in such a way that you do not bear loss . The selling price must be higher than purchasing cost plus interest for the holding period of bitcoin. Well, if you have purchased bitcoin at higher cost then current value, wait for sometime for rise in price of bitcoin. But, if you have purchased it lower than the current value, you may sell it depending on your necessity. But i think it is not the time to sell bitcoin since its value is down.
15  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin lead cryptocurrency market forever? on: June 29, 2018, 03:41:07 PM
The price of the bitcoin is very high than other altcoins. So, bitcoin is leading interms of price. However, there are many altcoins available now, so percentage of maket capitalization of bitcoin out of total market capitalization is decreasing. Other altcoins can do better as well in future and be leading with proper improvements. Its hard to predict whether bitcoin can lead cryptocurrency maket forever or not due to the emergence of several altcoins.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is it the Future of Banking ? on: June 29, 2018, 03:29:46 PM
i don't think so. Bankers and government do not have control over bitcoin. Though world may go into cash less transactions in few years and cash replaced by other digital transactions, i think banker and  government will create their own crypto currency so that they can have control over them and regulate the economy.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no competition on: June 26, 2018, 01:33:06 PM
its true there is no competition for bitcoin and no altcoin can surpass the bitcoin. Bitcoin is the father of all the altcoins and lasted so many years.  If we look at the price of altcoins, they are priced much lower as compared to bitcoin. For some, altcoins and their tokens are way to purchase bitcoin because more and more become believe in bitcoin rather than altcoins.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin become an asset on: June 21, 2018, 11:43:50 AM
Bitcoin can be used as both currency and asset. If you hold it for long term it becomes asset, but if you hold it for short term to do transactions it becomes currency. It is similar to cash. For example - cash is treated as current assets (liquid) and it is currency itself as well.
19  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is there any fast and easy money here in cryptocurrency? on: June 20, 2018, 08:57:43 AM
Actually, there is no easy and fast money. You have to hold your investment for long period of time inorder to increase in price It is not sure, that price of crytocurrency increases as well. Most of the altcoins are priced at 1 cent in the beginning. Now, inorder to rise in price from 1 cent to $1, it may take hears. Hence, there is no fast and easy money in cryptocurrency.
20  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is market down due to Eid of muslims? on: June 16, 2018, 10:45:40 AM
There is no link between price of bitcoin going down  and Eid of Muslims. Arabian countries are already very much rich, Muslims residing there don't need to sell bitcoin to purchase gifts for their festivals and Muslims who live in poor economy countries cannot afford to buy bitcoin. So, without possessing bitcoin they cannot sell either. So, it is wrong to blame Muslims for the price of bitcoin going down in the name of festivals and purchasing gifts.
