v 2.0 windows miner is out. No sygnificant speed up.

"1. Updated to the latest version of the Nvidia graphics driver (397 and above). Older drivers are not supported.

2. Use Notepad to open the mining .bat file, modify the pool address behind `-url` and the wallet address or username after `-user`. If you have a password, add the `-p` parameter and password.

3. Double-click on run.bat to begin mining.

The my scores with i5 8400 8gb ddr4 memory, and 1 1060 3gb:
minerOS: 446 H/s
Windows 10: 280 H/s

I waiting for the wallet sync, to seeing my balance, and go back to minerOS.
