Changing password and removing encryption UI will be available soon, there's an open PR for that already. Password option allows to encrypt the app. Biometrics doesn't encrypt the app, because biometrics are not a secure option, it is just used as a light secure layer to identify yourself.

Happy to answer any questions or doubts. v4.2.0 just hit the app stores, now with the ability to connect yo your own full node, I think it is the first iOS wallet that allows that?!
