Bart is listed on southxchange, Is it legal to misuse the funds and start another cryptocoin ?

The whole Bartercoin project turned out to be a big scam, misuse of funds & financial fraud form the founders.

The founder disabled all barter coin accounts, deleted the facebook page and then started his own gambling cryptocoin ZIPT(Zipett Coin). The CEO Grant Whyburn is not reachable and there is no support line for the coin holders to contact the team. They misused all the hard earned money of the coin holders and simply disappeared.

The founders starting another cryptocoin under the name www.recipico.com. The team has to sort out the bartercoin accounts  before starting their new ventures.

Can someone from the team please take responsibility and shed some light on what's going on with Bartcoins and our accounts.
