Still cant get anything over 2.1 to be stable. Consistent "thread_stuck_in_device" blue screens.

3.1 crashes both my 290 and 480 if i do -i 1 or -i 2. Testing -i 0 now before rolling back. 16.10.3 drivers.
*crashed on -i 0 too.

My r9 290 tri-x wont get stable. After 20 mins it goes to 0H/s then the pc crashes after a bit. v3.1 I have dropped the speeds to 1000/1300 (stock) and upped the volt +75 and its still dying.

Ok, the miners are dumping but who is buying?
Who are the morons? The miners making instant profit, or the buyers investing in a plummeting coin?
Make no mistake, I'm a miner and I would love to sell my coins at a much higher price!
But I'm afraid to hold assets on a coin loosing 30% value per day.
Am I a moron? Maybe...
This is what has happened to every coin. Only fools would hold.

i get 3.6-3.7mh/s(x15) from 290 with 1050-1350 how can get 4mh/s?
pretty sure you have to be running a 290x to get over 4mh/s on x15 ah i tought mining power of 290 same with a 290x because i get almost same hash with other algos nope my 290's get 5.28mh/s on x11 while my 290x's get 6.0mh/s and that translates down though the other algo's as well well it has been so long because i been mining xmr 2 months .Whats the best driver for 290? i am using 14.6 on all my miners Badman74, Your MOD version seems to me like it gets stuck on a coin more than the official. Two of my rigs today were stuck on x15 for hours while my third switched to nist5 no problem. Across all 5 290/290x rigs I was getting 0 avg CPD after 6 hours. My single 270x rig is working fine though. Back to 9.1 for me.

What settings are people using for 290x? I am getting 3.9-6.2 CPD with default T and SS

beta 9.5 drivers are better. sgminer 4.1 zuikkis kernel is better as well. You also HAVE to use msi afterburner with a +25-50 mv offset with the tri-x to get them stable.

After having 3 of these g45 thunderbolts I have decided to stay away from them. On all 3, no matter what bios settings, more than 3 cards proves to be a ton of trouble.
|
|
|
Just got some new tri-x r9 290s and noticed theres a new bios version. My older cards all run 015.042.000.
I also noticed that this new version is setting the voltage at 1.055. I found that this voltage is causing me instant driver crashes and instability. I used trixx to offset the voltage by 50 and things are much better now.
Good luck out there!

Is it me or poolerino isn''t qorking quite good?
Whats wrong ? All green here, nothing unusual Nothing, I tought that poolerino has more than 50% of the nethashrate, but misscalculating:) How many block per Hour can you find now on Poolerino? Not one aevery 2 min? Ediit: On USDe estimates, it shows me +15 but when the block is done I receive only 4-5 why? Just use http://usde.blockchasers.comNo stability issues, fast, steady payouts, blocks every 4 minutes.
